Recently went to look at a Pathfinder on a whim. I called to check to see if it was still on the lot. And the salesman Allen confirmed it was, and said he would see us when he got there. Throughout our discussions about the vehicle, the negotiations of price. Allen was a stellar gentleman throughout out, and was very down to earth and personable.And because of this, upon a next day return visit my family and I are the proud owners of a new 2022 Platinum Pathfinder. Thanks again Allen, Dlyan from Finance, and the Store GM for making this purchase effortless and wholly worth while.

My fiance and I had the worst experience with the salesman Zach. We scheduled a test drive and it went smoothly until Zach starting pressuring us to talk numbers. This was the first red flag. The sales experience following was nothing short of despicable, insulting, and the stereotypical sales tactics everyone hopes to avoid. My fiance and I were upfront about our expectations for the day and what finances we were and were not willing to negotiate. Zach ignored us, pushed for optimal sales, and attempted to add-on ridiculous packages. This is standard and not beyond the normal at a car dealership, but we decided to walk. Zach did not ALLOW this. When we got up to leave, Zach AGGRESSIVELY confronted us and began to insult us for wasting his time. His voice was raised, he physically squared-up to my fiance, and barred us from leaving by losing our keys. Zach then continued to taunt, insult, and incite arguments with my fiance. I believe the confrontation would have become physical had I not sought out a manager to get us our keys. Zach took mean sales tactics above and beyond then had the audacity to call us an hour later to talk numbers. We will never return to this dealership. Management should keep a close eye on this specific salesman and how he treats potential customers. Zach made this entire situation personal and went too far. We hope this review reaches potential customers to help them avoid similar experiences.

They greeted me and ask me how quick I need my car back. I told them I was going to lunch so no rush just when they could. I got to the restaurant which was just right up the road. My phone rang just moments after setting down and any song was calling to tell me my car was finished. Super friendly and super quick and professional.

Pros: Nice service manager and hopefully all went well on this Monday. Car returned with nice wash & mats were vacuumed.Con: The entire experience was 2+ hours of onsite waiting, thus 4 stars- but it’s the sign of our current times. Hint: Would be helpful to know this is standard now as I can arrange to pick it up in future. I did make an appointment over a week in advance.

I dont care for giving businesses bad reviews, and I dont think my rating applies to the business as a whole. That being said, I had quite an issue with the sales rep Zach during my visit. I went in for a test drive of the new 2022 Frontier but decided it wasnt the truck for me. Zach couldnt except that answer and after telling him 4 times I didnt want the truck I started asking for my keys, as I had given them to him earlier to see what they would appraise my truck for. He got pretty rude and took on a threatening vibe repeatedly telling me I had wasted his time. I asked for my keys 3 times and he finally said he didnt know where they were. At that point I was pretty angry and beyond ready to leave. I was being provoked into an argument at this point. Thankfully my fiance pulled me away to the managers office and we got my keys and left. Everyone there seemed very friendly, and Zach did to, until things werent going his way. Maybe it was a bad day for him, idk, but I highly doubt Ill set foot in there again. Which is a shame because I know several friends and family members that have made purchases here and had a much better time with their visit than me.. Maybe youll have better luck than I did.

Appointment made online and service department was excellent to confirm by text and send reminder the week and the day before the appointment. Then follow up after arrival, and after service the next day. Was honestly advised of a long wait time in advance due to reduced staff issue. Car was washed and vacuumed upon receipt. Pleasant folks all around.

Be careful and take caution. These crooks tried to sell me a 2017 Nissan Armada Platinum with 100,000 miles, way over what the KBB rates it at “Excellent” although my vehicle which was free of mechanical issues and was also a Nissan Armada platinum was automatically rated at Fair on KBB. Funny they never even popped the hood or opened any doors other than the drivers door🤷🏽‍♀️. 2300 reconditioning fee- which if you do your research, is very high. Especially if you consider that the reconditioned vehicle they showed me hadn’t been washed, and had spilled milk in the back seat down the center console. Offered me 6500🤣 for my vehicle and tried to just opt me in for their 800 In charges for a windshield and tire protection/replacement gigs. I suggest shopping elsewhere. The sales rep, Brock, I had been communicating with was busy and passed me off to a friendly dude named Jordon. I came in with my own financing with a 3.4 % APR I knew they couldn’t beat. I suggest you pretend to use their financing for them to even pretend to be interested in doing business with you. Wasted 4 hours.Update: it’s been a week and I haven’t heard from you. You posted the exact same comment on my husbands review and he hasn’t heard a word either. You have my information. I’m not surprised- just don’t reach out claiming a manager will make contact. I will not be doing business with your organization. 🗑

I was so tired of looking for a car and dealing with the dealerships tricks to crank up the total. I got a callback from Jordan at Greenville about a car I was interested in. It wasnt available at the time as it needed some brakes or something. So Jordan offered to see what else might be what were looking for.He sent pictures of some going by certain needs I had and managed to get a really good idea of just what we were looking for and even acknowledged when some were more than we had planned on and gave us out the door prices so ​we werent surprised if we drove an hour or more to look.So he found something that surprisingly was a good idea and was half the price!So then we sprung the shop from home and have the car delivered policy that was on the website where we found them. So that was a whole new can of worms we opened which was made more difficult because we have terrible phone service because we live in the boonies.What a patient man Jordan is having to deal with the phone, 2 people trying to get him the info he needed while one was at work so of course we needed something else to make it a little more difficult. But he did manage to get the car to us and it was every bit as nice as he said. Then he had to go all the way back to Greenville. I almost wish the car cost more so he got a better comission off of the deal. I said almost. Please thank Jordan on a job well done!

Dealerships like Nissan of Greenville are the epitome of why there is such negative stereotypes of dealerships and frankly, giving them a 1 star rating is already too gracious.Now full admittance, I wasnt a customer of theirs, but when my good friend came back to Austin with her new truck and showed me the contract and told me what had happened I was appalled at what had transpired. This dealership committed bait and switch, fraud, and told lie after lie after lie to get a deal done.Not only was it my friend, but after doing a bit of research, you will find a common trend where the finance office tries to take advantage of younger women and force them to purchase warranties that, they cannot sell the vehicle without. If a dealership ever says anything along those lines to you, walk out.Not only this but salesman Zac might seem like a nice guy but make sure you explicitly write down all of your terms even if they were verbally agreed too. Zac seems to have a way of forgetting that verbal agreements are binding in Texas and conveniently changing them between the sales floor and the finance office. They do this for the benefit of the dealership to make a quick buck on some superfluous warranties.How Nissan hasnt pulled their dealership license yet is beyond me, but if I owned this franchise I would feel incredibly ashamed. Do not do business with this dealership.

This dealership is a joke. Their sales reps expeciallY DONNA are VERY in knowledgeable. I am 20 and knew more then her. She kept giving me false information about my vehicle and when I asked for help and when my parts will come, (she said she will ship my spare key, for example and it never came so now I have to spend $400 on one) and when I ask about it she says she never said she will ship it. My oil change light came up and she said it got an oil change and now ignores me when I ask why that comes up. She is very rude to me and didn’t even know the car was also unaligned when she sold it to me and thought alignments goat $50 after working at a dealership for a long time. She also said I was making things up when I told her these issues. Much more but overall very unprofessional immature in knowledgeable and rude. The manager also didn’t help the situation at all just aided with DONNA the old lady. Don’t go here if you want a quality car for a good deal. You won’t get it

I purchased my truck from this dealership and they were great when that happened. The extended warranty that was sold to me by this dealership was cancelled by the warranty company due to after market parts that were on the truck when I purchased it. The warranty company mailed the check to this dealership back on June 8th, 2020 and not one manager will return a phone call, the finance manager voicemail is full the the message states “They will not be checking it” and I have been calling for over two months so they can mail the check to me. They continue not answering the phones and not returning messages that are left. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE OF DEALING WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WHO JUST DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT SELLING YOU AND THATS IT. I had an appointment at 8:30 on Monday June 28. My car was finally looked at on work day 7, July 6. I picked it up July 7 and it had bird poop all over it. I was told my air compressor was out. It had been replaced by another dealership last April so I took my car there hoping they would agree to cover it. They found it was a sensor. $1500+ quote from you vs $130 repair.

This is by far the most amazing experience Ive had for the first time at Nissan of Greenville. Their customer service was amazing and the staff are very knowledgeable on the vehicle they have on their lot. Their finance department will definitely take care of you and have done so on my end beyond expectation. I relaid all the information that they needed in order to find me a suitable car that would work for my family and my finances. Everything was done over the phone and once I arrived the following day, one of the sales associate Shaun greeted us with a warm welcome and was very open. Once in, we spoke with the finance department manager Vince who took great care of us and discussed all the numbers openly. I could not have been more pleased at that point. We then went to finalize everything with Dillon who also took even better care of us. We were out the door and in our brand new car in two hours. In the midst of it all, we were also introduced to the staff and they were very welcoming with all of them smiling which means experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and well worth the drive. Do not hesitate to contact them as the process will be seamless and fast. The absolute worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I was told one price, showed up with my own financing and a 3.24%APR which I knew they couldn’t beat. I was ready to buy the truck, just to be handed some bogus paper they drew up now claiming it’ll be $40,000 for a truck that initially was $31,291. What a joke. Brock Bhatti was absolutely incompetent as a salesman, and the manager Erick Everly was basically useless. You’d be doing yourself a favor by just staying away from this dealership and find something elsewhere. Don’t even waste your time; I guarantee they will mark up the vehicle once you’re there with some bogus charges of “reconditioning”, which the dealership is supposed to cover. Then they’ll say “you must finance through Nissan of Greenville to get all internet discounts”.

Great Team. When We Went They Had A Star Wars Event. They Had A Stormtrooper, R2d2, Gifts For Children And Adults. Well Decorated And Such A Friendly Staff. They Had Plenty Of Parking Abe Handicap Parking Available. Everyone Was Happy Taking Pictures With The Star Wars Characters. Food And Drinks Were Also Available To Any Visitor At That Event. Never had a dealership raise their internet price of a used car by more $2,000 to begin negotiations. Needles to say it was a non-starter. When I started to leave they offered to lower the price by $2,100 and then acted like I was crazy for not taking this amazing deal. Highly suspect, will not go here again and would not recommend to anybody.

I bought a car July 16th and the salesman lied to me and stated the battery charger he was holding wasnt for my car well 4 days after my car wouldnt start needed a boost and all they could do was direct me to another nissan dealership. Now its my anniversary and I cant make my dinner reservations because my brand new car wont start. Plus they admitted over the phone that cars sat in the sun during pandemic and they have battery issues. May I add again this is not a used car but brand new with only 68 miles on it. Now Im in tears because my night is ruined....I hate I drove 2-hrs to get this car and all I did was trade in my 2019 Nissan rogue for a bigger suv Nissan pathfinder.....im going to make sure I broadcast every avenue not to purchase a car from them. This dealership is a rip off. You test drive and discuss price of vehicle. Then again discuss price over the phone not once but TWICE!!! THE QUOTE that gets you to agree and drive 30+ miles back to the dealership to PURCHASE the vehicle only to have them come out with a quote that is almost 3000$$ more than you agree to!!If you are planning on making a purchase at this dealership it would be in your best interest to double check all the paperwork. They add in all kinds of side deals that you may not want.It would be worth the drive to the metroplex rather than making the effort to stop here

LMAO totally just got bait and switched. Came in on a Mazda 6 posted online for $13,991. Car hadnt been through recon which is fine, but why would you post a car online without reconditioning costs built in? LOL whos running this place? Did they time travel from the 80s? They hit us with $800 in dealer adds which were garbage adds btw, not even tint or door guards. It was windshield protection (do they not know car insurance is a thing?) tire road hazard protection (discount tire does it for a lot less than $400 LMAO).Guys, it doesnt take a business degree to realize this is an idiotic way to do business. We will NEVER take a car for service to this dealership again. If I could give a minus rating; I would. Beware!They charged $130 service to see why the engine light was on. $130 service and $60.87 for drive belts. $260 service and $96.04 spark plugs. $130 service and $210.79 for air flow sensor. $50 to pay charge for the repair order. Plus $34.47 tax for a grand total of $1,067.70.They do not care. Their prices are unreasonable and we are through with them.

I hate to have to do this but i have to edit my review.I bought a car here and the initial encounter and buying experience was great. the problem came when I realized they put my address on my paperwork wrong. I called couple days later to tell them it was wrong and was told they would fix it. the wrong address comes in to play when the plates came in i asked for them to be mailed because I live an hour away assuming the address was fixed to the correct one but it was not. I waited a week to get the plates but didnt so I have been trying ever since to find someone that will help me fix the problem. I cant get a return call from anyone if i can even get thru to a person to talk to initially. there is either no answer, no voicemails or they are all full or say they wont be checking them and emails are sent back as rejected.

My daughter and I purchased a new car on May 15th 2021. Finance tried to rush my daughter in the signing process and didnt explain anything her first new car. (I wasnt present at purchase just on speaker phone with her part of the time.) No paperwork was given to her on day of purchase, they wouldnt negotiate on the price, wouldnt drop any of the Greenville package like lifetime warranty for window tint and other unwanted items that they charged and additional price. She also had no center caps on wheels on her NEW car. They wouldnt take off another new car she had to come back on another day to get those. When we finally received paperwork (10 DAYS LATER) there were some discrepancies that were very upsetting. When I tried to call dealership I could never hardly get a real person, just get an automated voice-select department send you to email that was not set up. If you did get a person it was sales people who would then switch you to mgmt, finance, acct with no one answering phone. I received an email from a customer service representative just checking in on purchase, emailed them never heard back. So after leaving a bad review online of my experience I was contacted within 1 hour. New general manager said he had only been on job 4 days and was not there on day of purchase, he was very nice, wanted to resolve issue make me happy. After he reviewed issues we had with original paperwork. He wanted to redo paperwork and agreed should have never happened. he said he would deal with internal issues. So I thought issue was being worked out with General Manager J Franco. He was trying to make us happy so I took down my review. I even posted a positive review. Closed my complaint with Nissan consumer affairs. I wanted to give this guy a chance since he apparent walked into a bad situation. So my daughter resigned papers on May 28th and got her center caps put on. They drove papers to me to sign since i live farther away and I resigned papers on May 29th at my work place. So now the only thing we need is a copy of the signed documents for our records. I cant get them to send, not getting an answer from GM anymore (did once said he would take care of it), my daughter has called dealership several times, called sales person, text salesperson with no response. So it is now June 13th and we have no copies of documents we signed. I have bought numerous cars over the years and never had anything even close to an experience like this. Sharing my experience so it doesnt happen to someone else.UPDATE 6/16/21 Finally got my copy of contract after finding a way to text dealership.y for Spoke to Sales manager Eric he did send it...no apology for all the inconvenience and waste of my time. I wish I could give this review a negative star.
