She just explained the information I neededTo make an informed decision. They offered me more than pay off for my car and worked a great deal. Danny also explained all my options and the pros and cons also so that I could make an informed decision that met my personal needs with no pressure to purchase anything extra but I loved the thought and peace of mind of the wrap coverage for everything else after the the power train warranty. This was easiest car buying experience I have ever had with absolutely NO pressure, and No stereotypical Dales tactics and for a female by herself that is saying something . Just helpful honest people. They stayed until 9:30 pm on a Saturday to close my deal even though they closed at 7:00. Lakita even followed up Monday to be sure everything was good. This place is awesome! Sheryl our sales associate was very helpful, and knowledgeable on what we wanted out of our purchase. I loved that she explained everything and the features of the car to us. Danny from finance was also hands on and helpful when making our purchase, which was new to us considering no finance has ever helped us really. I would of have gave it a 10/10 if the car would of came with all weather mats so I give it a 9/10. 100% would recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Since we were shopping for a car/SUV in South Carolina but live in NJ communications were critical. Our contact Walker Alte did an excellent job a daily/hourly communications to help us coordinate the purchase. Only negative is the car had 1800 miles and not sure if it was discounted to an appropriate price.

Everything was high energy and all yes sir, yes maam even after we addressed a concern. We were lied to about our battery saying it was checked and it was corrected well...2 days later the car failed because of said battery and no diligence from the sales person, team or company and we had to go out and by a battery ourselves! Never trust a car salesman!

Great Experience. My wife HATES the car buying process. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Carlos Alvarez. He was so professional my wife went from being annoyed and over heated in late afternoon August heat to engaged and willing to look at vehicles she never thought to try. She has never owned a truck and she actually enjoyed buying it and loves driving it. In fact, the whole team was fantastic including financing which is normally a dry and sometimes painful exercise.

Came to this place due to such high reviews. Definitely was not disappointed! Angel helped me to find the perfect vehicle. The process was so simple and prompt. Angel explained everything in detail, made great suggestions and pointed me in the right direction. I highly recommend this place and seeing Angel! However, the vehicle I purchased was sent back TWICE to be cleaned and BOTH times came back with the interior not vacuumed. There was STILL dirt and hair down in the seats and on the floor.

This was, by far, one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had! Michael Wallen was so professional, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. In my 34 years of buying cars (and with a large family, we have bought quite a few!), I have never had a salesman sit down in the car and walk me through the features until Michael! He even offered to sync the phone with the car. All the things I usually have to figure out on my own, Michael made sure I knew before leaving the lot. I highly recommend him!!!

So this is not the first place I started looking for a car but it’s where I should have began! From the time I first called Matt D. he was very pleasant and nice. Matt DaBrescia was great from the initial phone call I made. I asked him pricing and availability on a Nissan Pathfinder with even color preference I had. He was quick with his response and understanding with the fact I was unable to currently make it in to test drive. He reached out again later that week because I told him I would be available in a couple days. He asked if I had any questions and at the time I did not. He also mentioned how he recognized my number as being from upstate NY because he was from that area. I really loved that he also found making a connection with a customer important.When I was finally able to come in, he was unavailable but quickly responded to me by having Sheryl help me in store. My girlfriend and I came in specifically to view a 2015 Honda Odyssey that was very competitively priced. When we first arrived, it was out on a test drive, but luckily it rolled back in before we left. We quickly spoke to a salesperson, Michael Wallen, who was very laid back and low-pressure. He got copies of our licenses and retrieved the keys immediately and let us take our time with looking the car over and test driving it along a route of our choosing.After the test drive and perusing of the van, we decided to move forward. Mike retrieved the service history and Carfax for us very quickly and talked us through all of it. He was really easy to talk to and maintained his low-pressure attitude. After discussing our budget and priorities, he was able to offer us a sizeable discount on the asking price without us really even needing to haggle in order to bring the van to within our budget.The entire time, he was a good conversationalist and made sure that we felt relaxed and at home. Once our financing was approved, we went in to talk to Carlos, our finance manager, and it was more of the same: laid back, low-pressure, and easy to talk to. Like Mike, he answered every question we had and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. Nothing was hidden or obfuscated from us- they were very transparent and made sure that everything was above-board.Carlos was even able to offer us a very good deal on a surprisingly comprehensive extended warranty (my girlfriend drives 25k-30k miles a year for work) while still staying within our budget. He had no problems with us taking the time to look over the warranty and check the fine print. The entire time, again just like Mike, he paid equal attention to both of us and made sure we felt comfortable with the process and secure in our decision.While it is true that their job was made a little easier in that we knew exactly what vehicle we wanted and were ready and willing to buy that day if the stars aligned, the fact is that if it wasnt for how relaxed and low-pressure everyone was and how much they focused on making us feel comfortable, we might have looked elsewhere. Whether its their training or simply how the work culture is there, the atmosphere played a large part in making our buying experience a very smooth and pleasant one.

It says to replace filters after 20,000. They said they were passable. I am glad they didnot change them because I would rather do it myself and I did.

Very aggressive sales people hides details and or dont tell you upfront on there no refunds if u put down on a car to hold worst expense ever. I dont recommend to waste time or your hard own money there ! 😤😡😠🤬

I have had my Pathfinder for 12 years and always have it serviced here with excellent service. Within the last 3 weeks I have had the worst service experience. I actually scheduled my service before hand and selected I needed 2 tires for my appointment. To my surprise on my day of service no tires were available, forcing me to come back several weeks later. Why ask me what I want before the service if you dont plan to read it. Between my services I had been notified of my bonus service points that can be redeemed $ for $ . I had wanted to use them for the labor / service portion of this second service and was told I could only apply up to 10% of my the bill. After spending over $1000 3 weeks ago and no one reminding me of my point balance that I could have applied then, I was told on the second appoint that I could only apply $20. A call to the service manager was made, and he had no intention of making my experience better. He also tried to do some smooth taking about a deal, however it was worst than the 20 I was told I could apply. The only positive about this visit was the service Tech Gary. He tried to keep things positive and was helpful as he navigated the awful situations the dealership put him in. Does Nissan really care for feedback to improve, only time will tell. Sometimes small things go a long way with your customers. Like allowing me to apply by $140 service bucks to my bill. I did not think that was too much to ask.
