Damsel in distress!I came to this location today after two visits to gas stations air pumps. Both were defective in their own way. Concerned about having a leak in my front tire, Riley kindly and professionally calmed my nerves checking and filling up all tires, and he explained that if the tire can be repaired, they would do it for me free! He also said I can return to fill my tires anytime at no cost! I did not know this, and as a single woman, it was very relieving to learn. Thank you very much Riley!

Michael was great, attentive and respectful but the management was not. We had a frustrating experience here.

Today was my first time coming to Discount Tire and all I have to say is I had the best experience then any other tire shop in Greenville. They checked the life spaned of all three tires and they where every informative. I will be coming back every soon and this will be my new tire shop as well. I’m not sure why anyone in the Greenville NC area would not use Discount Tire for any tire needs. They are amazingly efficient and have the best prices in Eastern NC. The whole process was quick and everything was done exactly as was promised. You’ll be “in and out”in record time and completely satisfied. Michael, Dustin and Joe were all over it !

I came in today with a slow leak in my tire. They found a very small nail and removed it. They could have sold me a new tire, but were extremely professional. I will now buy all my tires at Discount Tire in Greenville NC

First time, waited on Fleet Maintenance one hour and half,and 30 minutes to replace with new tire.Employees well dressed, clean cut and address you proberly. No dragging their feet.

Wife came in with tire issues. Got her into new tires and were very helpful and informative. Offer rotation every 5000 miles with purchase.

My visit was quick and friendly. I had ordered my tires online and set up an appointment at 9am. I arrived at 8:45 and was greeted at my car. They took it straight back. By 9:06, I was back on my way. I do recommend an early appointment, as my previous for my other car had an appointment at noon and the wait was more than an hour.

First time customer here and I am very impressed! Had a tire with a slow leak in it and I couldnt get service anywhere else for under a 2 hour wait. So I tried Discount Tire on a whim and they have earned a customer for life! Not only do they patch tires for free as a service to the community, but their staff is extremely friendly and genuinely loves their job. In the 23 minutes it took them to get me in and out they took care of four other vehicles at the exact same time. That is the fastest service Ive ever had at any tire service station anywhere! They even apologized because it took them 23 minutes to get me in and out, telling me it should have been faster! Thats what you call service, friendly people fast in and out, clean shop, free service, I dont see how the competition can touch them. The next time youre thinking about buying tires, go here! I know Im taking all of my business here from now on.

He was extremely nice, made us feel comfortable, explained everything very well, and gave great customer service!!! I would definitely come back just to see Michael and have him check on my car. A very good experience I usually go to Walmart for my tire needs but anyone who has used Walmart automotive knows thier not really competent on their job I was in and out of discount tire in 45 minutes in this was a walk-up not scheduled I payed more for the tires at discount tire but remember you get what you pay for

If I had to describe my experience here today in one word it would be phenomenal! I had a new set of tires installed and I only had to wait 37 minutes!! This was definitely a first experience! Previously at other places I’ve waited hours to have tires installed! Not only was I blown away with the speed of service but also with the excellent customer service. I had my low tire light go on for the third time in a month, so I finally went here to see what I could do. I was definitely strapped on cash, and they were very empathetic about it. They told me exactly what I needed, was patient with me during the payment process, and made me feel like a valued customer. The staff are very helpful!

Had to get a new set of tires from them awhile back and over the weekend got a flat...took it back not sure what I had to pay and they had to replace the whole tire because of location of nail....FREE! under the warranty! Absolute excellent customer service!! Some of the best customer service I’ve seen so far. Everyone is extremely kind, accommodating, and goes above and beyond. It was raining today when I received service. They let me back my car out of the garage so that I wouldn’t have to walk into the rain. I also left my umbrella there. They called me to tell me I left it. When I got there, they recognized my car even though I came hours earlier, and rushed out to give me my umbrella. I was extremely satisfied with my experience here. I will definitely be coming back with any car needs I have.

Great place. A while back, they fixed my wifes flat and were super fast and friendly about it. She had them do a balance and rotation of the tires too. Today, I arrived at 8:15am because I needed 2 tires on the truck. They had the tires replaced, all 4 rotated, and me out the door by 9am. Very friendly staff, good prices too, clean wait area, etc. It was easily the best experience of getting tires that Ive ever had.

Michael provided amazing service as soon as I walked in the door. He had my best interest at heart, by recommending the best tires for my car at a good price. He’s very hard working & deserves a raise!

Took my dual axel trailer here before making a trip to Raleigh to get the tires checked. They checked out the pressure and torque on the lug nuts. They even helped me check the trailer lights before I left.I’ve been here before for paid services and it’s been great. This is the first time I’ve used the free check service and they were just as great.

Had 3/4 tires losing pressure. The place I bought the tires continued to tell me this is normal. Took my car to Discount Tire. Was told of nails in 2 of my tires. They took the tires off the rims and cleaned the rims on the 2 tires that didnt have nails as well as patching my tires. They really took care of me. I will be getting my next set of tires there!

They did an excellent job on replacing four of my tires. I was in and out of there in about 40 minutes which I thought was very fast considering my appointment was right around lunchtime at 12:30 pm. The staff was very friendly and polite. Would not hesitate to buy from this store again. A+++

Clean well appointed customer waiting area.I had a very pleasant conversation with the manager as he checked me in and was interested in my situation. While I waited for my wifes car to get finished, every inbound phone call was greeted with a very positive message. Ill be back here when I need my next set of tires or rotation.

This has been a pleasant experience from start to finish.I recently shredded a tire while on a camping trip and managed to limp to Sanford NC, two hours away from Greenville NC. I went in to this Greenville location and explained my situation and how I shredded the tire. The salesman recommended a thicker tire, a 10 ply to avoid another issue like this. He also honored a Memorial Day sale that I had just missed because of my predicament as well as price matching my tire to Wal-Mart, no questions asked. He called around to find me one so that I could get the truck back to Greenville. When I got them all mounted up I was told that if they were too much I had a “30 day ride” to see how I like them. After about 20 days, I found that they just were not the right tire for my truck and went back in. They took a few measurements, got me in, helped me find a tire that would be better for me, got them ordered and I’m sitting here the next day(about 24 hrs later) getting them mounted.They say they are a family owned business and it really shows. These guys are professional, pleasant, easy going and a pleasure to work with.I would highly recommend using them. I’ve got to order 3 more rims and tires for my camper and will be using them again. Best prices I could find and best service in this town.

All I can say is this shop in Greenville is awesome. Ive brought 3 of my vehicles here so far for brand new tires. They have the friendliest staff Ive dealt with, and they are also very knowledgeable. Absolutely top notch customer service which I appreciate, especially when dealing with my mustangs rims when applying new tires/balancing. What tops it off, is that they will beat anyones price and then some. They also recommend great tires with rebates. Their credit card promotions are awesome as well and bring an extra rebate for your purchase from my experience. The service was exemplary. The prices were competitive. The waiting area was large, well lit, and had current magazines. The bathrooms were clean, and had changing tables. Four new tires. In and out in less than one hour (without an appointment)

Okay so I literally bought the car in the parking lot because the owner had a warranty for the tires. One of the steel belts was bad and I was trying to talk him down some on the price. When I say they provide customer service it is superior from the service guys to the techs, the whole reason I went to a new place was because of the service I received over over the phone when I called to inquire. I got out about $100 cheaper and even better because of the great warranty. They are very nice and all the regulars speaks for itself.

I had a tire that was very low stopped to see if they could add air. I only had 2 dollars to my name. They found a nail in it and repaired it. What a blessing. A big THANK YOU!
