Never go here. Spent $5000 on truck and got it back in worst condition than it went in. Crew got 100 miles down the road and brakes and steering completely went out. The services managers response was, its under warranty. Just take it to GM

Excellent service department! Can’t say enough good things about them. Very thorough and professional! Mike was who worked on my Cadillac. Excellent communication and knowledge. I will definitely bring my car back when it needs anything in the future.

In my experience, they do not repair anything. All they want to do is replace, replace, replace. The ashtray in the rear seat was taken out by a grandchild. They want $380 to replace the ashtray. I wont go into other issues, but most likely I wont go back. Ridiculous!

At the Collison Center, the Manager Greg and his team are extremely good at their work. The best way to describe the quality is AWESOME!!!
