Took my car here to get a diagnosis. Guy said it was a vacuum leak, that he could fix it easily. That it would only take a couple hours and it would be ready the next morning. Called them everyday for 4 days and was told “we are getting to it right now, it’ll be ready this afternoon” or “we are doing it now, it’ll be ready in the morning” We wouldn’t have called everyday if they would have said “hey, it’ll be a few days” we finally get the call that the car is ready. We go get it and the vehicle is NOT fixed, still dying and stalling at every stop. They told us to take it back up there. So we did and they call us a few days later saying “oh something was unplugged it’s good to go” so we go and pick it up and I take it to work. My car starts stalling and dying on a busy road in town while I’m trying to run an errand for work. Terrified to drive my vehicle anymore. Just sad. We were so grateful at first because they seemed nice and had really fair prices.

Best repair shop in Anchorage. Mike and Christine have been around forever and know cars. I’ve had repairs done here for cars ranging from BMWs to Subarus.

The owners are good people and try to help people when possible. They know their stuff and provide professional service.

Really lucked out finding these guys. Really knowledgeable. Honest only repaired what was needed. Fit me in and service was great. Put in a new radiator. Price was fair. We will definitely be taking our vehicles here from now on.

Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I literally had to fix my own truck in their parking lot because they were ready to go home early. Absolutely ridiculous.

Well apparently this where nice ends. They were Rude and wouldnt even speak. I mustve been the wrong color or something. Because the person before me was taken care very politely. I came to this place for all the good reviews it had. Well i wont be coming. Just go somewhere else. Save you the trouble and rudeness.
