Service was great, employees were very nice. I dont think my tires got rotate, didnt have time to go back and prove it. Trust is shaken now dont know if Ill go back.
Special thanks to Chuck in the service dept and to the Parts dept for helping me take care of a problem with a missing wheel lock key for my Rogue SUV. These folks are A-1, top shelf. Glad to recommend their Nissan service department!

Jim Keuth makes me feel like I have a big brother for a service consultant. He explains what needs to be done and a general idea of the costs. He doesnt talk down to/ patronize female customers, and he explains the importance of unfamiliar auto parts.

Quick oil change
Took my Rogue in because the driver side seat is discolored. This was the second time they sent me on my way with its normal wear and tear, not covered by warrenty. Now I bought this car brand new and is two months shy of owning it for 2 years. This should not be in this short time. I dont recommend Crown Nissan or buying any Nissan product. I will not buy another Nissan again..
