We love our adjustable mattress! I always use the zero gravity button when I first get in bed for the night. That is when I read my book for a few pages to get good and sleepy! It fills good on my legs, back. The guys at Engineered Sleep are so accommodating. They gave us a long time to decide if we liked the firmness of the mattress. They even came back and attached my head board to the frame of the bed. I feel they went above and beyond on their service of delivering the bed and setting it up for us. Amazing mattress! Hybrid mattress is the way to go. Very comfortable, best sleep Ive had in years and this is coming from a pretty expensive latex core memory foam mattress we had been sleeping on. Good mattress and great place to buy from. We ordered our mattress online based on the descriptions and they were pretty spot on. Mattress comes rolled up so its fun to cut the plastic off to let it sling open like a life raft (haha). Pillow is nice too.

I purchased the ES Mattress Sorrento 2 in April 2019. After about a month i requested they make it firmer.... They provided me with another topper. Since then i have slept great and it provides the firmness i need.I also purchased The Cottage 9 Twin Hybird for my 3rd bedroom bunk beds.. This mattress works great for my 9 year old granddaughter.I have also purchased a Queen Quantum Base. It provides excellent support and the 16 gauge coils provide the edge support which is missing with some other brands.Customer service has been excellent... Have never had a problem that they couldnt fix. Its is really nice to deal with a company that really puts the customer first.

We heard about Engineered Sleep from a friend of a friend and decided to visit the store since our current foam mattress was causing us some issues. My wife and I have been sleeping on a queen-sized engineered sleep mattress for the last 10 years and decided to upgrade to a king. We got the pillow top with medium thickness and it is so comfortable! We are also loving the fact that we won’t have to get a new mattress when the pillow top gets compressed over time. The ability to zip it off and replace it is so great. Great customer service, too! One of the boxsprings that was delivered was a bit squeaky and the owner drove to our house to replace it!

Our Engingeered Sleep mattresses are the most comfortable that we own. Prior to learning about Engineered Sleep we bought a luxury mattress from a big box mattress store while living in NYC and it does not even compare with our Engineered Sleep mattresses. Not only are our ES mattresses our most comfortable, they were also customized to fit our needs yet the prices are not arbitrarily inflated like they would be at a big box store. Given they manufacture in house, we also know exactly what was used to make our mattresses which is important to our family. We think Engineered Sleep mattresses and the team that makes them are top notch - we will never buy a mattress anywhere else.

The ladies were there sewing. They have some demo beds along the wall. The normal sales guy was busy so one of the owners who normally works making the beds was helping. They are all super nice. The first thing that stood out was the bed quality. The fabric. The stitching. Everything. Then when I started laying on them. I knew I would be buying one. This mattress ruined my sex life. My wife decided to buy a mattress from you guys a couple years ago. Before that, we had a mattress that sank in the middle, so our bodies always rolled to the middle of the bed and eventually nature ran its course. Since she bought the new mattress, we sleep on opposite sides of the bed and I have to wine and dine her just to get her close to me. I don’t know if this review is a rant or compliment, but we’ve gotten the best sleep we’d had in years, so it depends what you’re looking for in a mattress I guess. Real comfortable though.

Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Today, we made a VERY last minute appointment to test out beds. John, the bed engineer, met us at the store and talked us through all the ins and outs of how/ why these beds are made. He let us see and feel the material and then helped us customize a bed that works for both my husband and I (very different sleepers). Total no pressure sales, which is very rare to find these days.
