I came to mattress firm on a fluke because Macy’s was supposed to deliver a mattress today but when I called Macy’s they neglected to call to tell me the mattress was on back order until Nov or Dec. Ian was very helpful. I said the price range, what I was looking for and what I had ordered from Macy’s so he would have a good idea of what we wanted. It took no time. He narrowed it down to 5 and even told me abt another I might like at a different location. I left with a mattress that feels great and a free head lifting bar for $153 less than I was going to give Macy’s and free delivery and removal which saved us another $123. Excellent
