Called on 9/20/21 to quote materials for a shop build. We separated the quotes into the walls and truss system. Was told Id have a quote for everything besides trusses that day. And the truss quote/ layout design the next day5 days later I had to call to get the first quote. Now its October 5th and still waiting on the truss info/quote. I called today and was given a price, but no lead time, no drawings to have approved and no written quote as promised. Also told Id get a call back and got nothing regarding the lead time.So 2 weeks, and still nothing that I was promised. Kenneth Lewis was the rep I spoke with at first, not sure on the last 2 people that also didnt keep their word. Well be taking our current project, and the future deck and fence projects elsewhere.And prices on just the lumber was $498 higher than lowes or GBS.

Very nice great people that know what they doing great job guys.

This place is not worth working for its more of a headache than is worth this is the most unorganized place i have ever worked for. They tell you false information to get anybody in the door. Theres no incentive to work here they dont care long as management get there bonus. And the people who pull the orders me and a few others guy get nothing. And I have been there a year smh.

84 Lumber has been absolutely outstanding. Prices have been better than other places Ive quoted. If I am not happy with any piece of lumber, including special orders, they will take it back and get another piece, no questions asked. Customer service has also been outstanding and Ive worked mostly with Zach. I couldnt be more pleased.

Great Store on Saturday cause they the only game in the show except for Lowes and Home Depot.I really cant say how I feel about this place other than they have prolly the largest inventory I have ever seen!! Dont expect alot out of the guys up front just make sure you know what you need cause they got it they may not know they have it but more than likely they do.All in all great place to get supplies and especially on Saturday!!

The prices on most items are much much better than the competition. Service is very thorough, they make sure you get what you need.

Trey at 84 Lumber is awesome. Very helpful & took the time to go over all my door & trim needs. Even after we realized a mistake that was my fault he opted to make it right immediately. Gave me great pricing too. Highly recommend.

They promoted my favorite salesman, but still one of the best places to purchase lumber. They do quotes. What more can I say? I could mention something about a few crooked boards, but with our ever dwindling forests, these guys still come in with some of the best quality lumber you can find from a stock yard.

Three phone calls, five text messages and an email over 11 days and I still dont have a quote for a broken window bottom sash for my daughters room. Unbelievable! Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Great customer service, they honor Veterans and the guy helped me load my 2 x 6 x 16 with a hurt back, I felt bad about that, because there was another fat ass guy that could of helped instead.

I need a light switch and guess what they dont carry. I guess thats why it says lumber. Busy place dont expect to get help quick.
