Very disappointed in the service over the course of the past year. Takes weeks to get an invoice emailed to you. They drop products and want give a refund on them all because they dont handle sheetrock anymore right after selling it a few weeks prior. I guess lowes really is better and sometimes cheaper wich is very sad.

Have been to the place quite a few times to buy and get estimates on material but ever since this guy named Brandon left the company the rest of the people at the front counter are completely lost and incompetent especially this guy name Scott all day tell you is lie after lie. Better for you to take your bussiness somewhere else. Will not buy from this guys ever again even if i have to build in the same block that they are !!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!I am very unsatisfied with the service of this company. Im building a custom built home in Greenville county and used BFS as my lumber supplier and framer. Their framers drink alcohol on the job site and to this date have NOT installed the windows or doors we purchased from them. They started this job in May and to this date Sept 1 they have not put the home in the dry. That does not stop them from hammering you with emails of bills requesting payment for windows and doors that are not installed, imagine that for a sec, they will charge you for the purchase and install with a late charge but will not install the product for months on end!!They have used every excuse in the book as to why the house doesnt have all the windows and doors in but that doesnt excuse the in-house communication to the accounting dept from requesting payment for services not performed. As of now, I have a brick mason waiting, an electrician waiting, hardwood flooring waiting, a HVAC installer waiting for one of the 1st steps of any build to be completed. I have wasp, carpenter bees, and spiders living in our house but its not fit for human occupancy! My builder’s risk insurance has ran out, a $250 extension had to be filed. My construction loan is nearing its end and another penalty and financestors charge will have to be paid there also!!!Save yourself a headache and use another lumber supplier who will do what they promise you they will do on a timely schedule.

Have been so disappointed with dealing with this company, wish we went with another supplier. Some employees are so RUDE, act like they all are doing you a favor. It doesn’t matter what position you hold, manager or other, it shouldn’t make you less human. To this day we spent over 40K with this company, anyone who asks, will tell them to go with another supplier.
