Awesome customer service! Beautiful ambience. Never been in a grocery store that is high-end before. I felt like Wow the whole visit. Such a friendly atmosphere. I love it and cant wait to visit again. Just totally awesome.

The store was very clean and had wide assortment of products including bakery and pharmaceutical products. I ordered a customized cake and it was amazing and fresh. 5 Star!

It has high price food but it has good stuff to buy in it.

Their customer service is outstanding. They go out of their way to help you. Their prizes are higher than the average supermarket. But their customer service make it worth it to spend a little extra.

This store was so clean and organized and the employees are so nice. The customer service is great I needed help finding something in the store and one of the employees there looked as he was busy but he stopped what he was doing to walk me straight to it. Thinking to only get one thing I had my hands tied he even went out of his way to bring me a cart amazing 🤩👍 great customer service.

Holy Mother of Christ! Im in love with this store. Clean good prices. Great rosemary ham and cheeses and Italian bread wine prices a little higher than I would pay if I enjoyed wine. Fresh sea food beautifully displayed. Im in love again. Whoopie. They get a 9 star from me. Okay! Lol :-)

Agree with review by Ethan Hutchinson. As most others have said, store is clean, nice, and great selections. But, you pay up for this specialness. Store is too expensive for regular, daily grocery shopping. More of a novelty store that you go to every so often for fun.

Great staff! This store is almost never out of anything. If the job an employee is doing is long (balloons, deli, pharmacy) they usually will strike up a friendly convo. I frequently come for sushi and Lum is very kind, and his accent is adorable.There is also an older lady that works self checkout and she has also been nothing but pleasant, I hope to catch her name.

Super excited to see Publix here in Greenville, NC.. I was a huge fan/customer at the Publix in Florida, and missed shopping at Publix when I moved to North Carolina, needless to say my favorite Grocery, Bakery, Meat Department and Deli have arrived here in Greenville, NC. I had the opportunity to check out the new store today and was blown away by the size, cleanliness, huge variety and most of all value just like the Publix my family and I have grown to love. Take my advice.. try everything at Publix! From the bakery to the meat department and especially their deli where they make the best made to order right in front of you with boars head meats and cheeses Subs! I guarantee you will never buy from anywhere else again! Because if something is wrong which is a rarity, Publix will make everything right for you on the spot no questions asked.. I am really hoping to join their Loss Prevention Team when they open a spot for Eastern North Carolina. Publix private labels are the best out there as well. What can I say.. Publix far out seeds the competition 💯 times over in all aspects of the grocery market. I was able to save $200.00 per month by switching to Publix in-store pharmacy for my monthly routine medications.😳 same medication, lower price generics and it only took 10 minutes with their pharmacist. Go on.. see for yourself.🤔🤔👍🏻👍🏻🤠🤠😎😎

Miss Beverly in Seafood, best attitude ever. Super friendly and very caring person, not only to me, but everyone. Because of her, I will go back soon. Only bad thing was I paid for four lobster tails, left two at the self checkout. I called back and they were gone. Oh well, my loss and someone elses gain.

The store is beautiful, however, Im not happy with the quality of the organic berries and potatoes...both spoiled within 24 to 48 hours. Food is too expensive not to be able to eat it

I was in briefly today. I really hate Publix got rid of their demonstration table for cooking BLUE APRON meals. I loved getting their pre printed recipes. I bought one of their notebooks to put those recipes in! 😭 The store was well stocked and isles were neat & clean. Bathroom. Was clean and well stocked. Employees were professional and friendly. Parking was conveinient. Compared pricing on several items and was pleasantly surprised! The store smelled of fresh baked bread!

This grocery store sells the freshest produce in Greenville, its wonderfully organized, and the staff are phenomenal I also like that they give student discounts as long as you show your student ID.

Went to make a salad at bar, not one up, guess COVID, so I got a cup of soup and a prepared Cesar Salad. No utensils in stand, but deli staff helped. Glad they had red wine vinegar and olive canola packets out for use, instead of Cesar dressing. Opened prepared salad, found mushed leaves in tray sealed edges that had to be removed, was slimed Further eating identified other romaine leaves that were blacken edges needing trimming to eat. Chicken was OK, chicken tortilla soup good, salad not good. I saw the mushed edges in tray seal but thought can remove, didnt like inside with limp blacken leaves.

Neat friendly staff. My only complaint is the chicken in the deli section was not cleaned properly. You could see the feathers.

I was very pleased to be able to shop at Publix again. Im from Fl, and I had to drive 27 miles to get there, but, once I got there it reminded me of home 🙂🙂 I wish there was a store in Kinston NC, but I am glad theres one I can to go, and, the drive wasnt THAT bad. I love #MyPublix!

My husband and I have been shopping at Publix weekly for our groceries since October. We like it because of the cleanliness. The store is very clean and there is always a staff member at the door welcoming you and offering a clean cart.The staff at Publix is very friendly ... when waking in the store no matter what part the staff always greet you. The deli they are very helpful and their customer service is awesome. Since COVID-19 has been rampant we have chosen to shop at Publix because it is a very clean store and I can’t say enough about their friendly staff. I highly recommend Publix of Greenville! :)

I’m in town working at one of the businesses adjacent to this Publix, and went in to get a veggie sub. Princess was working the sub counter and had a wonderful disposition and was very patient and friendly. She went above and beyond to make my sub perfect and was super sweet about my order being a little different. Thanks for being awesome!!

The Staff stocking the shelves managed to acknowledge my presence as I approached them but the Managers just continued their conversation. One of them did make eye contact and give me a head nod as they walked to the next area.

We love Publix! This is a Florida based company. They have the best produce in Greenville hands down. The store is always clean and the people are courteous.

Terrible!! Purchased 2 egg rolls lastnight and one of them had 2 roaches in it plus they were old SMH, I open the the one up and threw it away and only had eaten a half of the one that I saw the bug in!!! One of the roaches actually look like a bedbug and could of been mistaken for the skin part of the egg roll glad I seen it . I contacted the store spoke with the manager and told I live to far to come back so Ill be taking the bugs and contacting home office a out this .felt sick right after.

My name is Karen Benson, and I ordered. And I ordered a basket weave cake to celebrate mine and my sons birthday today. I ordered it to be picked up yesterday and I was supposed to get the 10 in. And they gave me an 8 inch. When I called back the managers. Jamie assistant manager and Jeff the assistant manager and Robert the store manager. Was so polite and so helpful. And they actually delivered the correct size cake to my house today their employee that delivered it was Josh and they And they let me keep the other cake that I had picked up yesterday. This store is so amazing these employees and managers were so professional. It is outstanding how they handled this and resolve this problem. I will continue to shop and purchase my cakes at Publix. They have the best cakes around in, North Carolina. I am so happy with their service. I know you can only give them a 5-star rating, but trust me they are a 10. I am truly truly happy and satisfied with the professionalism that they handled this with. You couldnt have asked for a better store and better people to handle this situation. They have made my sons birthday and my birthday. Amazing now. I am so thankful. Thank you Publix in Greenville of North Carolina.
