I called this company to get an estimate to update my kitchen. The reviews that I read on line were great. My experience has been very poor. First, when I called, the person on the phone said they would be able to do my work before Christmas. After the consultation at my home, I got an email that said my job couldnt be done before next year 2018. Second, two people were suppose to come to my home, a designer and a estimator to determine the cost. One person showed up to measure, the person who can do the estimate didnt come. Third, I was told I would get my estimate in about a week. I called this morning, one week later to find out the status of my estimate, and was told that my information was laying on a desk with other jobs and hadnt been started. This is very bad customer service and a bad way to start with a potential new client.

I have used this company several times in the last Ten years extremly professional, competitive and very high standers for their products . Stylecraft can build anything👍
