ASAP has always been great to deal with and I have been a customer here for 8 years and have even worked with and for them over some of those years as well. Friendly, personable service in all aspects. It is one of the only camera stores in the state and they offer so many other services, its a no brainer to shop here if you are a photographer, hobbyist, or simply just want to print some cell phone photos from your phone.

I drive almost 2 hours each way to come to ASAP Photo for film development; the quality and customer service is THAT good. There arent many stores that still develop film in Eastern North Carolina. ASAP Photo has experts on virtually every camera system, format, and accessory one could ever need. I highly recommend this store!

This company is right down the road from us. I am a huge believer in shopping local and this team at ASAP are why. They are professional, polite and personal. When you are there, you have their undivided attention until your issue or questions are resolved. They are honest and dont just try to sell you the huge priced items and are completely honest with each piece we purchase. My church has and will continue to utilize this company in the future.

I dont know why I have never taken the time to rate ASAP before. I am not a professional photographer which means I ask a lot of questions, and they have always been patient with me since I first dealt with them in 2006. Everyone I have ever dealt with there have been courteous and helpful. I may see new cameras, lenses, etc. on line, but I always buy or trade with them. They consistently have offered more on trade than KEH and since I shoot Sony cameras their prices are controlled on new stuff so they are the same as the online vendors. I have recommended them many times and have no reason to stop. People who take pictures or videos in eastern NC should be thankful for their countinued presence.

Great friendly staff. Bruce the manager is awesome. They are extremely knowledgeable and fun. They do trade ins and know how to treat the customer right. they also do some awesome deals on printing and now offer metal prints. they have a customer with me for life.

These folks are total pros. I needed some old slides converted for a memorial photo presentation, and they handled my job ASAP. Quite literally. Dropped the slides at 2:00 pm and by 4:30 I had a wetransfer notification. Tricia and the whole team are amazing. Thanks ASAP!

I always like to shop local and they have never let me down. They have even beat the big box stores for price! The staff is helpful and willing to help you become a better photographer. They have a great selection of used equipment and frames. Their prints look the best of any that I have seen. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a camera or prints.

The value of knowledge is hard to measure. Being able to walk into a business, talk to a professional and have your questions answered, and your problems solved, is an invaluable, and fleeting experience. They research what they sell, use what they sell, and sell and rent at good prices. I do not have to price match, or read a bunch of reviews, ASAP is my Consumer Reports for photography. Imagine the antithesis of Best Buy, then head down to ASAP and enjoy.

This IS NOT your typical big box store. These guys specialize in Cameras and Cameras only. No TVs, cellphones, or computers here. Just friendly and knowledgeable staff who love to talk with their customers about photography and Camera gear. 90‰ of the camera gear that I have purchased through out the years I have purchased from this business.

The owner is very nice! He called me to inform me that the machine that produces the ornament that I ordered wasnt working properly. However, this call came a week late! I appreciated his call & in the end I chose to still have my order completed AFTER the holidays with a 50% discount. When I went to pick my order up the salesperson (not the owner) tried to charge me the original price. After I explained to him the mishap he said, the owner mustve forgot to make a note of it. When I looked on the front of my order ALL the notes from our 50% agreement were written on the front of the envelope . The product was a bit on the pricey side too!

Dont buy a camera anywhere else. Their prices are competetive and their knowledge and service is fantastic. I have a very nice camera but I honestly dont take the time to study how to use it so I take it to ASAP and tell them what I am about to shoot and they will set the settings for me and give me tips and advice.Forget Best Buy and Sams etc.

This place is so much more than a camera shop.
