I dropped my laptop off and they said it would be done in a week and it has been almost a month. The owner will not get back to me and the employee can only tell me he has told him but he isn’t responding back to him. The owner has a full time job at a bank an hour away from his business. I am sitting outside their store right now that is supposed to be open due to their hours but the door is locked and no one is inside. They bought a 60$ screen through eBay and charged me 180$ to replace it. I will not be going here again because they have terrible service!!!
