Visited yesterday. We were immediately welcomed with excitement and joy! Which made us want to be happy. Jordan and Fantasia helped us out but also were a joy to talk with. The smoothies and energy balls were yummy and just what we needed for our continued trip. Will definitely drop a pin on this business and friends so that, if ever in the area again, we will surely visit again.

Guess anyone that knows me, knows I love to eat and try new things. I went to @katys kute for lunch. I had the Ranch Wrap. Its was too good. I also had the green island smoothie, I couldnt take a lot of prictures because I was enjoying everything. This place have a very nice atmosphere and the service was great. I will be back everytime I come to town. Everything good does not have to be fried. This was a good healthy choice.

First time visit today and they’ve definitely gained a loyal customer in me. The staff is super friendly and energetic…my son and I were first timers so someone came out to personally assist us in choosing our items…the space is also very clean and inviting. Hands down, the best smoothie shop experience I’ve ever had!!!

The staff is amazingly friendly and they greet you warmly each time you visit. The items are reasonably priced as theyre made with fresh ingredients. They have various add ins for the smoothies with different health benefits. My go to has been the Sunset Smoothie with chia seeds. I always look forward to visiting and I highly recommend them.

Wow! I lived in the area about five years ago, and Im here visiting. Checked online not expecting to find a place for smoothies in Greenville. But I found this place downtown and thought I would try it out. Verdict? Kays is A Cut Above. And its got really nice style for sit down inside. Nicely decorated. Smoothie was a kale mix, and sometimes I dont have good luck with the flavor on these, although they are very good for you.. I saw her load a lot of kale in there and thought, this is going to taste weird. However this one was superb. Much better flavor than a similar mix at the larger chains. Oh and the folks working there are very friendly . Very outgoing . Delta Hospitality * 4. Certainly I will be back when visiting again.

I was greeted when I first walked in! The staff was nice and they asked if I needed help picking out a drink. Nice cute spot to grab a smoothie! It tastes fresh and like paradise in Greenville! Inside is clean and tropical feeling.I’m so glad they opened this!! When I comehome it will be in my routine!

I normally do not do this but I tried the Açaí bowl and a smoothie from there and both were amazing but the Açaí bowl was over the top. I normally make my own bowls at home but the one at Kay’s put mine to shame! Also the customer service is ALWAYS great.

Ive been in this establishment every day the 1st week, twice last week, and heading back once Im in town this week. I said all of that to say, every time I walked through the door the atmosphere was superb!!! Even in the midst of being busy, they remained professional thee entire time. Worked effortlessly to make sure everyone was comfortable and received their orders in a timely manner. Even if they felt like your wait was a little to long, they apologized. Hats off to the owners and everyone attached to this establishment. You guys rock!! Its your seasonnof over flow!!

Customer service is everything to me. I went to this shop last Saturday to do business with them. When i came in know type of greeting. Mine u I drove an hour and a half to support this small business. I waited 10 minutes to just to see was I going to be greeted. Another customer came in and was greeted so I walked out.
