Took a vase into the shop not rally knowing how I wanted the engraving. He was so helpful in the design. Text me information on how it was going to appear. Picked the vase up and it was gorgeousness, so pleased with their work. Will go back for other pieces.

Had flowers from my mothers funeral around Jan. 25 and still dont have them. Two weeks later my husband died so some of those flowers were to be preserved also, still dont have them. In July I was told they would be ready in August, in August they said Labor Day, now my sister was told end of September or October for Mothers and my husbands will be 2-3 weeks after that!

I have been waiting since the end of January to get my brothers dome and christmas decoration, I will never use this store again.

I should have posted this 3 years ago after receiving my preserved bouquet! It’s fabulous and my heart still melts every time I see it on my wall. I’d say some of the best money I spent to hold on to a piece of my wedding day! The sweet owner was the best to work with and she was absolutely amazing helping me pick my frame and explaining to me the process!

Ive been ordering crystal Christmas ornaments for 35 years. It was a tradition that I started with my daughters and Im now continuing with my grandchildren.

Trey did an excellent job with my gift to my husband. He was able to come up with a great concept and my husband was overjoyed!

Went to have flowers preserve from a funeral. They were able to look up the obtuary to get the right date. Had variety of containers for presentation. Choices of print for etching. Prompt help. Best we have found in the upstate (I live about an hour away) but be aware it is not cheap, but we have some from over a decade ago still in nice shape.
