The service and parts departments are always friendly to me. They usually get you in and out in a reasonable time frame. Prices are average to other truck repair shops.

I use to come here when it was Cherokee Kenworth. Had a good relationship with them.Now WWE. Came in for exhaust repairs, and had some problems.After talking with Keith in Service. He really stepped up and made everything right. Awesome technician did the rework. Awesome job! This is the Kenworth dealership in my area.Hopefully this will be the beginning of a new relationship. Terrible experience with MHC in Nashville and it transferred to experience in Atlanta and then to Greenville SC. Truck was sold out from under us in Nashville after we drove 5 hours to purchase. No valid explanation given. Thinking the previous owner who we talked to that day, came back to get his truck because the truck he purchased wasn’t that good. The sales rep that we were working with got us into a truck in Atlanta and it’s been nothing but problems every since. About every 3 months something goes wrong and the MHC in Greenville SC. takes at least 3 weeks to resolve the issue. For one particular issue that was to be charged under warranty, they didn’t fix it properly the first time and they also charged me for it. I went back after investigation and found out by doing my own research that it should have been covered under the warranty. The weren’t accountable for accepting what they did and they didn’t give me to full refund due since it was covered under warranty. No valid explanation why. On top of that it took at least 3 weeks to get it fixed that time as usual. I don’t ever feel comfortable going back to them to fix my truck because they take at least 1 to 2 weeks to even pull my truck in to try to diagnose the problem and I don’t feel they’d be honest at this point. Beware. The entire experience with MHC was terrible at every location.No way to respond to owners question below so responding here:McBee Express is the company name.

The absolute worst customer service ever !!! Hate i even bought a new kw having to deal with these ppl ...been dealing with them almost 2 years on this truck and everytime is a nightmare....ill tow it to Gainesville ga for now on

Over charged for a diagnosis. I’ve been told by two different shops that I was absolutely overcharged by worldwide for the diagnosis the gave me on my box truck. No work was performed and I was charged $1,000.00 bucks to tell me what they thought was wrong with my truck

Big dealership parts departments are pretty much the same across the country. Some are better than others but, none of them have Jason behind the counter like our Greenville SC store. Hes one of the best parts men Ive ever known and Worldwide is lucky to have him. Hes why we trade there.

Great parts department. Terrible lot, and service department, got stuck there for an hour because they have the lot so jam packed that you cant get around with a trailer really the only option you have is to back out towards a busy street to leave

I spent two weeks in this shop(at a hotel) :-( just for them to tell me my truck only needed fuel.7/3/19 to 7/17/19 Since it didnt show a code they told me they couldnt find a problem. The truck made it to Ohio where it broke down and I had it towed to another Kenworth shop, Kenworth of Dayton. Hopefully the Ohio Kenworth will fix my truck. It took two weeks because instead of diagnosing the problem I brought it in for, they chose to fix 4 recalls and then take it out of the shop without checking for the problem with the truck. :-(:-(:(I gave worldwide two stars on Yelp. But that was before it broke down for the exact same problem when I left their shop.

POOR HIRING METHODS, HAVE SOMEONE TAKE TIME OFF WORK AND DRIVE TO MEET MANAGEMENT TO INTERVIEW. NEXT DAY OFFERED JOB AND TOLD TO THINK ABOUT IT. CALL THEM ACCEPTING JOB AND SAID TO WAIT FOR DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK AND IM GOOD. 2 HOURS LATER GET CALL STATING THAT POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED WITHIN COMPANY. CALL SUPERVISOR AND ASK WHY I WAS NOT CALLED AND SAID EMAIL WAS COMMUNICATION AND TO ME THATS VERY POOR ON THEIR BEHALF. NOW I SEE WHY TURN OVER SO HIGH

These guys are awesome. They did in a day what my own terminal said would take them a week. They did great work and I wish these guys were in every Kenworth shop. The Rock Star is pretty fine tuned and fun to chat up as well, Id let him pluck my g-string and Im a lesbian. Id go Kinsey 5 for him though haha.

Long story but they are either incompetent lazy or thieves. Unfortunately now I will have to drive much further to get my warranty work done. The people are not pleasant and thats coming from a new Yorker. Update. Just had a real Mechanic fix the issues that I went to world wide for. They didnt fix anything charged me hundreds and now I had to spend 2 k to get everything fixed they didnt fix. Scum.

These guys are ripoff people i had my truck in their shop for regan issue they put new dpf filter on my truck and paid them 2200 hundred dollars it wasn’t good for 100 miles took back to shop paying another 2000 for same issue i personally suggest go to peterbilt they are much better than these guys

Not impressed. Would not recommend. When I brought trailer in to be repaired they repaired all the simple things but left the big issue for me to drive around and put others in danger. Thanks guys really looking out for public safety huh.When a problem arises with equipment out on the road the people are slow and do not communicate well. I left my job because my boss leased to these morons, they wasted time and I lost money dealing with them.

The guys in the service do a great job!

For a company that that makes multi hundred thousand dollar sales they sure dont care much about taking care of their customers or keeping their word, the parts department consistently acts as if they have something better to do, over assisting customers, always a horrible experience.
