Great company backed by great customer service. These guys have been around for over 40 years serving Faculty members all over the United States and they are well thought of. They are the only textbook buying company out there that actually supplies FREE boxes AND packing supplies to use to ship your books in- along with a free shipping label. They also provide packing instructions. They do this to ensure your books get through the shipping process in pristine shape so you get the most money for your books! Their website is easy to use and provides accurate quotes if you provide accurate information. And you get paid within 24 hours of them receiving your books if you do direct deposit. I couldnt ask for more than that!

Whatever you do. Do not ehat so ever use this company. They steel book brand New and refuse to pay. Iesha (who I can see writes the reviews of this place) was rude and not helpful she said my books were not able to be taken and are thrown away even though they are brand New in plastic. They refuse to send them back. She said I would have to Pay for my Brand new books to be sent back. I will be speaking and sending out letters to every department in California to make sure they do not use this company. Completely unprofessional rude and fraudulent. The kicker was when I asked her about where this was on the site that states they won’t pay for every book they receive she said it was in terms and conditions but yet she couldn’t find it. She had to actually have someone find it and send it to me via email. It’s nit on thier mobile device that says they keep books without paying. Do not use this company. Will write this review with 8 other emails to make sure it goes through.
