I needed a new phone, called for info & Angela helped me on the phone & when I went in & she was awesome! Very personable, knew her stuff about everything I needed! I highly recommend this store & if you cant get Angela, Charles is equally great. Ive worked with him before & he fixed a problem another agent hadnt been able to with ease. They have great selection, very clean and neat store with dividers, and I would definitely go see them! 👍👍📱🙂
Excellent. Arnold Moore is a super nice associate. Very knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing to fix my issues.I have a question.Why do you offer free phones to new customers, yet loyal customers have to buy their new phone. The first phone I bought from US cellular was a Motorola mounted in my vehicle and my wifes at the old Firepower location. This was in the late 90s.
I came here to try to fix the issue with my phone (newest phone) connecting to 5g and the guy that helped me was rude and said there was nothing he could do and recommend I just use wifi if I need the internet. DONT UPGRADE AND DONT USE USCELLULAR!
Bought a new phone..salesman very helpful and polite..he even talked me into buying accessories..lol.. called the next day with a question.. different man he was very rude but I know how to cut rude ppl off quick..still enjoy us cellular

Mr. Charlie is a life saver and he is always very helpful to me. I love this store over all other and as long it will be there I will be there. No the Company phone service need help being my call return was over two to five hours after I call the first time. On the second time I called it was 15 minutes and he was very helpful and patience with me but he could not help because I did not have my husbands email to transfer my very damaged phone but he tried anyway.

Mariela helped me today at the US Cellular Store on Greenville Blvd. Im elderly and not very tech savvy. Mariela answered all my questions, she updated my phone, she put in all my information for all my apps and accounts. You cant go wrong when she helps you. She has my finest recommendations.
I have been a repeat customer with U.S. Cellular for years. I have left and come back on multiple occasions. Customer service is all about building relationships and Cici knows how to do that. I needed a phone before the pandemic started, but I was reluctant for personal reasons. She has kept me as a customer by always being upfront and honest. Cici is a great listener and focuses more on what works best for her customers instead of just making a sale. Thank you, Cici for treating me like a person and not just a number. Dont hesitate to call and make an appointment with her.
This US cellular location is by far the best. All employees from managers to customer service representatives are kind and provide amazing service. Deals and promotions are always great. Give it a go.
Cecelia was very helpful, professional and patient! I was on hold with Boost Mobile for over 30 minutes when porting my number over trying to get my account number, but she was super patient! Also, during the time she was servicing me several people came in and she didnt rush the activation process! I will definitely be returning for all future services!

Went in on 3/3/2017 & spoke with Jenna Hayes who was very professional, courteous, & knowledgeable. She answered all my questions & I switched back to US Cellular from Verizon. She made the process so easy & explained all the new changes that had just been announced that I was unaware of.
Today it was great why Supervisor Wayne was on the scene and he help with complete my Samsung Note 8 activation. Mr. Wayne definitely knows his job and he do excellent customer service work, and despite the case we put him thought so much at time. Despite this he always keeps a smile on his face. We love US Celluars because of him. When he leave we will more than likely move on. Why no one has topped his knowledge and work skills not attitude period.

Be very careful when dealing with the sales person. We were told several things would happen at time of purchase and they didnt. One is telling us a certain monthly total price that we later found out wasnt true. Make sure you look at the contract very close or have manager come over to review the details. Buyer beware.
We came in just for a coverage check and see what plans would work for us, and Ci-Ci was so nice to us, answered all of our questions, and was very personable.
If this place doesnt have enough staff to service all Costumers promptly. Then US cellular shouldnt have closed the other small branches in Greenville.

I had to go in twice in one day (to get two separate phones) and so had different customer service representatives. First interaction was with Jamon Jefferson; second was with Karen Mobley. They were both fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable; made the experience much more pleasant than I had expected. I will always go to this store.
Over priced and customer service is bad. You have to wait in line 10 min. or more just to pay a bill. No one seems to want to help you with any thing unless they think you are going to buy an expensive phone. Not bad if you have a business and need multiple phones, but for a single line dont bother. Why just one star? Because there is not anything lower.

I pay for unlimited data I switch from Tmoble and I dont get unlimited data it slows down just by watching a movie when on tmobile I can stay on Nextflix and never have to worry about slowing down. Smh I will be switching bk

Upgraded to another phone and there was.a glitch in computer stating my phone was.black listed. Customer service kept giving associate the run around. I left the store without phone being activated and contacts uploaded. Associate is suppose to phone me @home to resolve issue. I felt like I should have been offered some type of aminity since I bought a glass cover for phone as well as purchase for phone. Very.disatisfied

First of all IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AT THIS LOCATION ! - So Saturday I met Wayne & CiCi at the Dogwood Festival in Farmville anyways Wayne explained the promotion to me . A K8+ free with promotion card I pay for the plan so whatever .... I walk in store Sierra what can I help you with .. Blah Blah Blah told her what Wayne said - Erika walks up Sierra ask her if she wanted to do this ! Erika was hesitant because shes learning anyways she couldnt get my address to work so whatever she used Jane Doe . She states You have to pay for the phone then I charge you for service .... she tells me how much itll be . Hmmm no maam I go thru what Wayne tells me . Sierra all like No thats not true . so I tell her I want to see him she goes Hes with somebody . I said Ill wait ! 20 seconds later she was like Ill go get him so thats was lie that he was with somebody . WHEN HE COMES OVER HE SAID YOU CAN USE THE CARD FOR FIRST MONTH SERVICE WHATEVER . . Sierra no you cant do that whatever going to all her coworkers making mock if what Wayne had said . She was very rude whispering and such . So I was like can you go get Wayne so he can show you instead of talking about it . Erika was pleasant and so was Wayne. Sierra not so much !
