I have always had great customer service with Silvia. She gets items down in a timely manner and the products look wonderful.

Silvia is THE BEST. I own a boutique and outsource my embroidery. I had an item come in very late, close to Christmas. Several customers were planning on giving them as gifts. Only because of Silvia’s willingness to help was I able to provide my customers with their items in time. In fact, she even finished early. She is extremely professional, kind, and great at what she does. I highly recommend her services.

I recieved my monogrammed fleece (I brought in myself) on time and it was done nicely! I brought in 2 more items to be monogrammed for Christmas gifts.
