We searched Google for an exercise equipment store and found Power Fitness. They had the largest selection of equipment on the floor, which gave us the opportunity to try it out. Secondly, they had a General Manager, Rick, who was very knowledgeable about the equipment and offered no pressure to sell us. He allowed us to take our time and yet let us know he was available for questions.We really appreciated his service and candor.

I have been a customer of Power Fitness for over 8 years. They have a lot of workout equipment with very reasonable prices. I also like that the store owner isnt pushy about sales. He listens to what you say you want and doesnt just try to get you to take home the most expensive thing out there. I ordered a Zero Runner ZR8. Customer service was outstanding. They were professional and knowledgeable. I had a hip replacement and was concerned if this was the right machine for me. They even helped me research to find out if this was a good pick. They even offered to change it with something else if it was too hard on my hip. The staff that delivered my machine were great. They delivered to my house which was 2 1/2 hours away. It was set up quickly. They give me step by step operating instructions. I could not ask for a better experience! And the ZR8 is awesome!

The owner, Mr. deGroot walked me through the intricate details of every treadmill I considered with a knowledge and history of the equipment that was remarkable.The delivery and setup was 3-7 days faster than promised which is a rarity these days.I emailed a technical question at 9pm on a Tuesday, and by 9:30 that night I had received an acknowledgement that he would research the issue.By 4am that morning, he had contacted tech and got an answer for me. All inside of one day, all outside working hours.You are buying excellent equipment here, obviously. But the customer service and experience?
