DONT BUY FURNITURE HERE...!! I DID AND THE FURNITURE HAD BED BUGS IN MY COUCHES AND LOVE SEAT..THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GET MY NEW FURNITURE FROM WHR HOUSE BUT THEY GAVE ME THA FURNITURE ON THE SHOW ROOM FLOOR WHR EVERYBODY SITS ON TO TRY IT..THERE 4 BED BUGS THEY TOLD ME THAT ITS NOT TRUE...I SAID I DIDNT HAVE THEM TILL I GOT YUR FURNITURE...SO FUK COST PLUS AND THEY BED BED INFESTED FURNITURE

Bought a table and chairs. The delivery people who put my table together broke off a piece of one of the legs and never said anything about it and just brought it in my house and left. I didnt notice until the next day. I have called several times and am still getting the same run around story for almost a month. Ive been told they have been busy havent had a chance to go pick it up yet. Ive been told that they will pick it up tomorrow. Ive been told that I cant return it because only the owner can approve that. Supposedly his son order it last week. Today I got they are for sure going to get it fixed and it has been ordered. Today is April 8th 2019. IllI be sure and review again to let everyone know if the issue has been resolved yet.Im very unhappy ! Why would you leave furniture you know you broke ????Well today is April 13th and I called again about my table. I got told the storage is locked and they cant see what has come in yet. They said to call back on Monday. So I will call back on Monday.So I was supposed to call back on Monday the 15th but I waited until today Wednesday 17th. I got told let me check on that and I will call you back. We will see, we will see.Today is May 8th. And I went to talk with them and once again I was told the table had come in and they have to go pick it up in Dallas and they will call me when they have it.Today is June 21st. They finally called and said they were bringing me anew table. They came into my house grabbed the broken table took it out and brought a box into my house and just left without putting my new tablet together. Wow !!!!! Never ever again will I purchase anything from them or tell anyone to go there. Ridiculous !!!!!
