Mark and Chris were extremely helpful in the purchase of our new club car. We purchased the cart, they got the seats changed out as well as all the add-ons, and then delivered to our house two days later in time for Labor Day weekend. Bought a demo cart on 6-21-21 with accessories and a 5 year warranty, yet the cart could not support the accessories as stated. They added a battery to support the LED lights yet failed to fix USB ports. It’s now 9-25-21, I was promised by Mark that a tech would come out yet, they have never showed. It’s been 2 weeks now and no one will respond to Texts, Phone or phone messages. I’m disappointed in the service and follow thru. Buyer beware.

Purchased a refurbished Club Car Precedent and everyone thinks it is brand new. I never left my house., They bring everything to you. The customer service, especially Sandy, has been great. 3 or 4 buddies from my club now also have Journey Golf Carts.

She was very helpful and we purchased A new Club Car Onward. The transaction was seamless and then she offered delivery for A very reasonable fee. The cart showed up in A couple of days as planned and it was actually her daughter that delivered it! Great people to work with and we highly recommend them.

Journey Golf Carts made repairs and upgrades to my older Club Car. I couldnt be happier. The work was done well, on-time, and under budget. When my mismatched seats needed covers Journey replaced the seats with the appropriate frames and had them custom upholstered for less than new off the shelf covers. (An unexpected WOW!) Sandy helped me select the appropriate accessories at less than expected prices. All of this was done while I was in Michigan and the cart was in Texas. Journeys resources are incredible. If its a golf cart they can handle the job. Higher than highly recommended.
