Outstanding Customer Service. Prompt attention, Does not overschedule. I purchased Oticon hearing aids with Bluetooth and rechargable batteries. No changing of tiny batteries, can hook up my hearing aids with my cellphone which overcomes any telephone problems. Both Tara and Beth are very professional. Tara explains in minute detail the features and adjustments of the hearing aids and accessories. Mine have been programmed and tweaked several times to assure best possible hearing. They have not pressured me in any way during the purchasing phase.Tara checks the phone mail promptly from home and office and is available at your convenience to deal with any problems.I am completely satisfied with AHS.
