Walking along South Main we noticed this creamery& decided to give it a try. There were many people with the same thought. The young kids working in this establishment did an awesome job taking care of everyone. The ice cream& bottomless topping mixed in was delicious!!

Marble Slab/Great American Cookie was amazing when I went with a friend today. The worker, Mace, was so kind and friendly! The service was amazing—above and beyond our expectations. We’ve talked with Mace before, and she is always energetic and fun. The employees do a great job ensuring people wear masks when they come inside for covid safety, and I saw one of them kindly offer a mask to a customer who forgot theirs. Everything feels safe and clean. I would definitely recommend!

This is loong overdue, but very well deserved! I visited this Great American Cookie during the Holidays and received exceptional service! The moment I stepped foot into the store, I was greeted by the store manager, McKinley. He was working his tail off in providing each customer individual care in the utmost professional way. If youre looking for a sweet tooth fix and top notch customer service, this is the place!!!

Amazing cookies/ ice cream but the workers were just plain rude! idk if it’s because we were a young group (19 & 20 year olds) we walked in stood there for 10 mins i asked politely what time they closed because we were thinking about coming back later since we weren’t getting any service, i asked and he looked at me and kept walking. came back about an hour later and we were served but i felt as if we were not wanted there. very disappointed in the service here.

I recently ordered a cookie cake from GACC in downtown Greenville, SC. The design I wanted was my schools logo and was very detailed. I was called by a young lady the morning I was to pick it up with concerns that the artwork was a little outside of her expertise. I told her to do her best, leave out any details that were too difficult, and that we were not expecting perfection. When we picked up the cookie, we could not believe how amazing it looked let alone tasted! They went above and beyond with this cookie and have earned all of our future business! Thanks GACC!!

Nice little place to get cookies and icecream. Its kinda tucked back in a corner on Main Street. I never noticed it before. Its a gem hidden in plain sight. Will be returning soon.

Y’all have a tendency to hire new people with proper training and I swear, one of the ladies just made the worst strawberry shortcake I ever tasted, and I’m guessing y’all ran out of ice so she made one of the ice cream with one scoop....all the syrup at the bottom with the bread in it. Never again will order ice cream here.

It is a nice spring day, and I have been stuck indoors with all this COVID-19 mess going on. (Just started back at work. I wasnt planning on going there, just out for a stroll.) So I randomly walked over during my lunch with only a $5.00 in my pocket. I ordered a medium vanilla and the price came to $6.00 plus change. I was ready to walk back to work to get more money, which I would have gladly done, but the gentleman said, No worries. And this happy-pregnant lady continued back to work, embarrassed, but happy. THANK YOU!!! I will be coming back again and again. :-)

This place as nice, if a bit under-staffed. It was really busy and it seemed like there was only one person and a trainee working. They did the best they could and got us in and out fairly quickly and provide excellent customer service. This location is in a convenient area as well, with quick access to the park. I would not recommend any attempt at parking here. Youre definitely going to have to walk to get there. Other than that, its pretty much the same as the other locations.

So glad I found a GACF outside of the mall. It being combined with Marble Slab is a great idea. Very good speedy service at a very busy time

Best ice cream ever

I go to Great American Cookies/Marble Slab Creamery’s all over. I’ve been in love for years! It’s becoming kind of upsetting when I rush to drive all the way across town just to arrive to closed & locked doors 15 minutes before advertised closing hours.

An awesome stop in downtown! A super welcoming environment, delicious ice cream and cake, & a super charismatic staff, especially Kelsey, who made sure everything was just as we needed- with a smile on her face! She definitely deserves recognition for her spectacular work! We will definitely be coming back to this specific location!

I love Marble Slab. We would always go to the one on the other side of downtown. When this location opened I was very excited because 1) great american cookie was being added with it and 2) Its so close to falls park. Having gone to this location multiple times now, Im just not impressed. The product is still great and the aesthetic of the store is very pleasing, but it always seems to be too hot (my ice cream is already melting by time I pay for it) and it never seems to be clean.

Hands down the best salted caramel ice cream I have ever had. Staff was friendly and the service was fast. Excellent selection of ice creams and desserts. Would totally revisit just for the salted caramel ice cream.

Giving credit when credit is due! I really appreciate businesses that take ownership when a customer brings up a concern or wasn’t completely satisfied with their product. Mace was really great and didn’t make me feel like I had a illegitimate complaint about my cookies not being as fresh as they normally are. She remembered me ordering from the night before and apologized about the cookies. She humbly admitted that they were likely not as good because some cookies may have gotten a little too done. She graciously offered me my order again for the inconvenience. A simple thing like being kind, respectful, and understanding can go a LONG way from both sides of the counter! Thanks for being GREAT Marble Slab/GAC crew!

Great ice cream, and very fairly priced too. Absolutely DO NOT park anywhere but the one designated spot. You will get ticketed within seconds otherwise. The parking lot is under constant surveillance. It is $20 cash when you get ticketed.

Great location right off of main and great icecream, as I would expect from a Marble Slab. Love that its a two for one with the cookies as well. Every time we have gone the service has been excellent and Im impressed by the younger employees.

Went there for the first time during a trip to Greenville and it’s the best! The lady who helped us was very friendly and was patient since it was our first time. The salted caramel with strawberries is so good! Will def be back every time I come to Greenville!

WORST $40 SPENT. After paying $20 for a subpar ice cream sandwich & ice cream cup with hot fudge and caramel, we were hit with a $23 parking ticket. Their parking lot is incorrectly marked & after only 5 minutes parked there, you will receive a visit from the most unpleasant man and a $23 ticket. The man who we spoke to from Marble Slab said “we only have one spot. all you can do is talk to him, it’s out of my hands.” However, there are 2 signs showing the space is designated for Marble Slab. There are other signs for the various businesses in the strip, so it seemed as if we correctly parked. Apparently we parked in “the only pay box spot in the whole lot” (yeah right). In conclusion, it’s much more pleasant and simple to just go to the Marble Slab on N. Main to avoid all of their confusion and extra fees. Thanks for nothing, Marble Slab S. Main!

Nice people, very good Ice cream, and from what I see, they have REAL mix-in ingredients. Thats right, no Hydrox, only Oreo. No chocolate mints, only York Peppermint Patties.

Cookies were good but downtown location has parking lot but only one parking space for Marble Slab. Not very convenient if you are driving.

Today was the worst experience I have had with this company. Usually I go to the store in the mall but decided to try this location since its closer to me. Long story short, I purchased a Groupon and when I called to place my order the guy on the phone, Jaden did not inform me they dont accept them. Then I called back a 2nd time to give them the design number and stated I was using a Groupon and a girl completed my order. She also failed to tell me they dont accept Groupon. Then when u go pick the cookie cakes for my daughters 1st birthday today the lady tried to redeem my voucher and had trouble. She called the manager or owner and they told her they dont take Groupon. Just gave me 5 dollars off. Told me someone would call me around 5pm today and they NEVER did. Now Im stuck with a Groupon I dont need because I had to pay out of pocket. Not so short story, sorry!!
