The ice cream at Haagen Daz is delicious! I cant speak for every flavor; however, I got a regular-sized coffee chip and chocolate-chip cookie dough ice cream which tasted like a high-quality dessert. The kitchen was clean, and the staff seemed friendly. My only complaint was that the ice cream is overpriced for the portion sizes. If you are willing to spend a little extra money, I would recommend this ice cream place.

It was lovely! The staff were very kind, there was no wait hardly at all and most importantly- the Ice cream was delicious! We will definitely be returning!

Haägen Dazs is the best ice cream place I have ever eaten at in the world. The little sweet princess there is so great partially because she’s my girlfriend but also because she provides great customer service. I highly recommend this place! You will not be disappointed and will be happy you ate there.

Every time I’ve been to this location, they have been very friendly and overall fantastic.The place is always exceptionally clean, and the ice cream is always perfect! Definitely try their smoothies and frapes as well.I would highly recommend to anyone, as their location is convenient. My absolute go to place for dessert after a meal :D

The ice cream was great, however there was this red haired woman there with a witchy attitude. She was in a foul mood and decided to take it on the other employees. The garbage can was moved and she was so upset she had to walk ten steps to retrieve it. There was an empty ice cream cup on the floor that she back kicked to the can instead of bending over to pick it up. The poor girl that was yelled at for moving the garbage can looked upset and I made it a point to let her know she was doing a great job and some people cant handle working on a Sunday.

I love your milkshakes but on Friday the 9th of August they had a sign saying that they would be back something about a bathroom break so we waited and waited thirty minutes and we passed before I decided I wanted one earlier and there was no one there. I had four different couples walk by and look at the menu while I was waiting on the person to be back and we all gave up on them showing up eventually, thats at least forty bucks you guys missed out on just saying

Theres something sketchy going on with the gift card reader at this location. I ordered a 2 scoops cone and one scoop cone, which total to a little over $9 after taxes. I wanted to pay for it with $10 worth in gift cards of $2 increments. The cashier entered all of them in, and somehow I still owed them money, but I dont know how thats possible. They didnt give a receipt to me either to document which cards were used, so they ate up one of my $2 gift cards, but wouldnt own up to it. They need to fix their gift card and receipt system to show all the gift cards used, instead of doing them one by one separately.

The ice cream at Haagen-Dazs is smooth, rich, and very creamy. A little pricey, but worth it. Also, you can get free samples (one per person).

This is my go to spot when Im in the mall. The shakes and smoothies are awesome here!

I’ve been going here since it opened up at the mall. Usually the staff there is great and really friendly, but this visit has officially made me not want to go back there at all. The lady was extremely RUDE and didn’t ask what exactly our orders were. She had an attitude while fake smiling at us and then told us we were wrong and that she assumed that’s what we wanted to order instead of asking what exactly we wanted. Also the staff was not washing their hands or wearing any gloves before touching the ice creams. I will not be going back at all not until their customer service and attitudes get fixed. Extremely unhappy with this visit today.

Ordered a banana split, milkshake and frappe and it took over 20 minutes to finally get all three in our hands. My husband was finished drinking his frappe before I even got my milkshake. Very disappointing.
