It was a good summer evening to enjoy some ice cream and the Creamery served up just what we were craving. My wife had a scoop of the coffee toffee, and I treated myself to their pistachio and peanut butter brownie on a sweet waffle bowl. The Natural “baristas” kept the line moving in the popular spot in Greenville,my wife and I weren’t the only folks loving the the flavors.

It was our first time visiting Simply Natural Creamery and they did not disappoint! It was so hard to decide what to have with all of the tastey options available. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My Husband and I decided on sharing a banana split. It was picture perfect and oh so yummy. Next time we will bring the kiddos along.

This place is spotless. You could eat off the floor, including the ladies restroom. Wonderful ice cream. The girl dipping my ice cream was very nice and made sure my scoop of peanut butter had lots of peanut butter chunks.

I really was hoping for great ice cream, homemade ice cream, but what they serve is very commercialized. This isn’t the kind of ice cream that has 4 or 5 ingredients. It’s got thickeners, emulsifiers, artificial colors, etc. I also didn’t think the flavors were all that great. I was hoping for a Jeni’s-quality ice cream, but it was very Baskin Robbins.

I was looking for piatachio for a long time and I found it here. The flavor was so natural, it makes reference to the name of the place.

Fantastic local ice cream shop! They do not skip out on portions (this was the smaller cup) and the quality is fantastic! The only negative I saw was the parking lot, it is pretty small and off a busy road so it creates a bit of a traffic jam at times. I guess that just means a lot of people want to go there though because the ice cream is great!!

First visit here and loved it. The ice cream was excellent! Got a 1 scoop cup and there was so much ice cream in the cup I couldnt finish it and had to take it home to finish later. Highly recommend!

I thank GOD! For the creamery! This place deserves a long review. I’ve been going for a little over a year now. I’m so obsessed with it lol! I’m always going to get ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes and milk. You can even get tubs and take it home! There milk is amazing! The thing I love about this place is the most is that it’s lactose free! I’m lactose intolerant. So I can’t digest any regular dairy product. But since there dairy products are made from a Jersey cows I can eat all I want freely without being sick! I never could do that! Always had to stick to the same boring lactose ice cream from food lion my whole life but this place has allowed me to eat all types of flavors! Haha I don’t know who the CEO of this place but THANK YOU! God bless you. Bah and thank you Jersey cows! And one more thing the service is great ! And bathroom are neat and clean. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Yes I’m excited over ice cream! 😌 I have referred so many people here! And everyone loves it!

The staff was friendly as soon as we walked in. The place is very spacious and very clean. They have a great selection of ice cream! I only got a scoop of vanilla, but it is probably at the top of my lists for the flavor. I recommend trying this place! You will not be disappointed and you will be keeping it local also!

Sweet little jewel - a local creamerys in-town ice-cream shop. Swipe a scoop (or several). OR! - Pick up a few pints. OR!! - Grab some half-gallons.Really the best plan is to: 1) Bring a cooler with an ice-block in it, 2) Choose some pint-sized and 1/2 gallon-sized containers from the cooler, 3) Order hand-dipped cones or cups of that flavor you been meaning to try from the counter for immediate consumption, 4) Settle up and put those containers in the cooler until you can get them to your freezer (or deep freezer, depending on how you play it).Personally I stick with CowConut and Pistachio, but there are at least 36 other flavors to choose from!

Omgawd, this place is a LIL taste of HEAVEN. I took my mother for the first time and her nurse, they loved it. This place is so nice and the ppl are so polite. I just love the atmosphere and everything about it. The ice cream is so pure and clean, Im lactose intolerant as my mom is and it doesnt even affect us in the least. I can go on and on. Before now I use to buy nothing but Breyers because its suppose to be natural too, but sense Ive had Simply Creamery I shall never ever in life buy store bought ice cream AGAIN.

The ice cream here is great, when my family came to visit and wanted ice cream, this was my first choice! The service is normally great, super attentive staff. Today was not so great, the attendant helping me seemed distracted and made multiple mistakes. I asked for a two scoop sundae, first she got one of the ice cream scoops wrong, then she forgot a topping-sprinkles, which is also the only topping I asked for. When I got my sundae, I was concerned that it had hot fudge and not hot caramel, as their caramel is dark in color. When I asked her, which I asked as nicely as I could because it was obvious she had something else going on in her mind, she said it was caramel. The employee next to her made a face to her, as if I was being rude. He could at least had the decency to make fun of customers behind their backs. Im upset that I have to worry about being treated that way for something as simple as scooping ice cream. I recommend sticking to simple scoops, stay away from anything that requires more information than cup or cone. Or if you do get something a bit more complicated (read:one topping, 2 ice creams), be prepared to accept it however they feel like making it, or be ridiculed for just wanting your sundae the way you asked for it.

My son and I went here today to purchase ice cream. The store was packed, and there were people eating inside without masks. Despite there being people inside eating without masks the line was wrapping around the store, and several people in line did not have masks on. There was clearly no effort to enforce public safety with social distancing or masks.
