We drove up from Ga because they had a good selection of preowned Infiniti vehicles. Were impressed by the salesman, Andy Blount. His GM, Rob, was fair on the price and our trade. We spoke with lots of the employees during our transaction, and everyone was super nice. Overall excellent experience!

I brought my car in to have a diagnostic test run. I had made an appointment for 11 am, but I arrived earlier. They managed to get the diagnostic done earlier and had intended on fixing the problem, but found that they didnt have all the parts to complete the job. They arranged for a rental car for me to use until the repairs could be made. Overall the experience was handled professionally and courteously.
I only wish that I could give them 0 stars. Service person was excellent. Do not go to this dealership if you value your money.

This dealer is awesome! The service department is 5 stars! I love bringing my car here because my consultant Mike is very nice and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and HE WILL take care of you! The place is beautiful and it provides snacks, drinks, and a very good coffee maker with several choices 😀 the place is very clean and neat, its just A 1 in my opinion and I am very picky. Everyone is courteous and easy to talk with. I havent dealt with a sells consultant yet, but if they are like the service consultants it shouldnt be a problem when that time comes.

Weve leased three cars from the dealership over the past few years. They continue to improve their operations each time we visit them. They have an updated service department, nice showroom etc. We took our car in for service and ended up with leasing a new QX60 SUV. Our sales person Zee was one of the best weve ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable, worked the negotiations and our requests in a timely manner and truly gets it in creating a good experience for the customer. The finance department (after sale) was more efficient than our last experience. Much quicker and better organized.
They sold me a wire harness that they said to be part of the bumper, was for the a different part of the engine bay. When I came to return it they said they couldnt take it back since I had to open the stapled bag to compare the harness.

I drove from Reidville Road Auto Service in Spartanburg to pick up a part only to find out when I got back to the shop I was given the wrong part. So I had to drive back to Greenville and was told to ask for Brad who was at lunch but I was able to get someone to assist me with no apology for the inconvenience of having to make 2 trips.
Great dealer but I hope they open an infinity dealer in WNC soon. 2 hour drive for a service appointment is a bit long especially for an overnight repair where a second trip is needed to pick up the car. The dealer and service deserves 5 stars regardless
I inquired about a 2013 G37 convertible and they told me I had to deal with an internet salesman named Zee. I had a few concern since I was buying the car over the internet from a listing that was posted on car gurus. I wanted a car with low miles {40k} or less and it had to be Infiniti certified. I looked for over 90 days for the right car and I thought I had found it. Well after I got the car home I found out that an Infiniti certified car doesn’t mean squat. A 167-point inspection my A_ _. Who inspected the car Stevie Wonder (because he is blind)? Every time I wanted get a hold of the salesman Zee I got voice mail or I was told he was off. When I was lucky enough to get him on the phone with some questions I got following answers: I will have to get back to you on that. He never calls you back, never follows up on question you ask, and when he does call you back with the answers he lies or states he needs to find out. This car that I was looking to buy at first glance looked good and I was told it was is in perfect condition. Zee gave me all the history on the prior owners and service records. Oh wait, No I had to find out this info through a car fax report. I asked him to check the car for any signs of road rash on the front bumper, hood, windshield, and the rims for signs of curb rash, check the interior, the leather seats etc. I explained I wanted a perfect car and that I could wait if this car had any of these problems because I would not be interested if it . He stated to me that he has done a personal inspection and the car has no issue and it looks perfect.Let’s get to the perfect car for me, so he says.:The bumper had been repainted poorly with can of touch up paint and it was applied over scratches and chips and is some sections it was peeling. They also used a paint stick touch up paint to fix all the chips in the paint from the road rash they said it does not have. On the fist detail last week all the touch up paint for the chips came out, now I have chips for real that can be seen from 5 ft. away. The front windshield has 2 chips and a few nicks that can’t be repaired and in the sun looks like the night stars are out shinny bright. The right front wheel had been repaired and painted poorly, it is peeling and it has curb rash around the edges, Id say about 1/3 of it, I had to have the wheel fixed at my expense the cost was $175.00. Let’s get the so called 167- point inspected certified used car: I open the trunk and the trunk lid fails right on my head because the 2 gas charged lift shocks that hold it up were bad, So I guess Stevie Wonder didn’t inspect the trunk or convertible tops operations. This cost me to replace this safety hazard about $100 bucks. To fix the front bumper it is going to cost $450.00 to repaint it. And fix all the chips and nicks on hood it will cost me $500.00. The perfect interior, let’s see: The Leather trim on the right door panel has a cigarette burn right on the top near the door lock. The Leather strap that hold the seat belt back has 2 snaps to hold it closed, one is completely broken off. The aluminum trim on both doors have dents in them. mind you you cant see these in the internet pictures the dealer takes. Lets move onto the leaks in the roof: The convertible top leaks when you spray water on it and when the water hits the the right side window, You can forget about going through a car wash. So in closing for a certified G37 with a price tag of $22k, at the top of the pricing I might add for this kind of car and a total cost out the door with taxes and dealer fees $24,825.00. They charged me $190 for tags (thats ok) but this bull Sh_ _ $575.00 dealer service fee. For what? Selling a used car? You are probably saying why didn’t I call the dealer? Well I did call Zee he answered the phone in a crowded area and told me he could not talk and he would call me in the morning. well that was over 2 weeks ago. Nice follow up!

Tried to buy QX60. I test drove car on Friday it was a nice car. But after think about the option it had. I wanted to find something different. I called sale guy on Monday to advise that I wanted a different option he advised he will check on a different car and call me on Tuesday. Receive a called Tuesday morning sale guy asked me why I didnt like the first car I tested drove and I explained to him why I didnt like it and want to look for other option. He basically told me that maybe it not a good time for me to purchase car and I should have told him from the started that I didnt like the car. I was thinking to myself I am the CUSTOMER correct I have the option to change my mind at least I thought so. Every poor customer service!

My wife Has a 2015 QX 60. She wanted a newer QX 60. I figured I would trade my daughters Honda pilot and give her my wife’s QX 60. The salesman was really great at explaining the car to my wife, and showing her all the details of the vehicle. When it came to the negotiations he pretty much told me that the list price was the list price on a used car. When I tried to negotiate, and he asked me what it would take to do business, I told in the figure I wanted. He said we were too far apart and that would never happen that he would probably have to give up his commission. He then got up walked to the managers office got my keys yelled at so everybody in the place could hear that we were way too apart. They gave me my keys back not thanks for coming in not anything. My wife was looking at a 2017 QX 60. I’m super thankful that Thor salesman was not willing to negotiate. We found a 2020 QX 60 with 5,000 miles on it for basically the same price. By the way, we are Bradshaw customers from past dealings. Just remember when you go to Bradshaw about a used car it’s the same thing as Car Max, the price on the car is the price on the car no negotiations

I had brought my 2003 Infiniti G35 into Bradshaw to be fixed, seeing that they were very high rated I had high hopes. I had told them the persisting issues and they said I had to replace my valve body (which was an $1,100 part) so I complied and bought it and they installed it. Comes to find out the next day my car wont start and they wont take responsibility for fixing the wrong thing. It was very disappointing as to talk to Mike and have him act rude as he did when I asked if they could fix it for free (after already giving them $500 for labor and my car now being under warrenty) These dealerships want your money, do NOT go to them, go to Tadeschi Auto, they do great work and if they dont fix something the first time they do it for free.(Edit) To clarify. The receipt I had said both the parts and labor were under warranty. I didnt expect anything back from the parts since I bought them, but the labor was on them. Dont go to the stealership tho.
Attempted to buy a certified used car this week. The financing incentive ran out on 12/2-we were unaware that it ran out on this day. In three trips to the dealership no one mentioned this. On 12/2 my husband and I sat with the service manager at about 7pm and agreed to a deal. He said that he would have the sales guy write it up in the morning for us. When the sales guy called me the next morning to go over everything and have the paper work ready to go when we arrived, he also failed to mention the incentive ran out the day before. We called on our way to verify the paperwork was ready for when we arrived. The title guy spoke to us finally communicating the incentive was over. This was after already running my credit in an attempt to get it close to original incentive. This was without my permission. I would have went with another lender if I was not getting the special financing. The sales manager and the title guy did not apologize. The sales guy did but no one really seemed to see an issue with the lack of communication.
The place is new, pretty in the inside, comfortable place to wait .. The place really has good people to help if you need something.. Good customer service, service department that I visited when Im doing my oil changed. They always offer something like letting you use another car for free while waiting for your car fix.

Terrific experience. Everything that I was hoping purchasing a car would be. Torrey Anderson was awesome. I had called ahead asking whether a car was on the lot. He told me it was, and when I arrived it was sitting out front waiting for me. He tossed me the keys and told me to take it for however long I needed for a test drive. Absolutely no pressure at all! After a quick negotiation, the paperwork was filled out and waiting on me. The quickest and least pressured car buying experience ever!! The whole time I kept waiting for the catch.

From initial visit to discuss issues with our QX56, until the time we picked it up subsequent to the repair, we were treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Chris as well as Micheal are top notch. The waiting area is clean and welcoming as well as the total overall atmosphere. I remember Micheal stating to me during our initial visit that, he knew we could take our vehicle anywhere for service, but that we chose Bradshaw......and as a result of that, they were going work to earn our business. Originally when I went to the dealership for issues with my G37, they were super nice and friendly and forthcoming. However, after the first visit, that was not the case. They told me I needed a sensor to fix my convertible top and balked when I asked to see the error codes that showed when they put their computer on it. My son-in-law owns a shop, so I asked him to give it a once over to tell me what he thought (nothing wrong with a second opinion, right?). After trying to get in touch with Infiniti multiple times, to no avail, they finally got someone on the phone, only for them to tell us they wouldnt explain what they had previously done to the car. Somehow, they managed to disable the button that controls my top and wont tell us what was done. The button would at least activate prior to them closing it the last time. Now it gets no power at all.I get that they want the business, but its my car and I should be told what was done to it while it was in their possession. Especially since things that worked prior to taking it to them no longer work.The only reason I gave them the 2nd star is because the guy I dealt with the first time I went in (on an unrelated issue to the top) was amazing and very nice!This is why people shy away from dealerships. The individuals there treat you like you arent important when they think they wont get as much money out of you as they want. In addition, they speak to you as if youre an idiot because youre female. Guess who wont be doing ANY work on my car anymore? This dealership.

My 2011 Infiniti was stolen from New York and recovered about 10 miles from Bradshaw Infiniti. My initial thought was how lucky I was to have a dealer so close by so the car could be towed there and the keys could be re-programmed as the thieves still had a key fob. Well, the folks at Bradshaw were no help at all. They would not tow it, service it or help me one bit despite my offer to pay storage, buy a detail service and pay for a tow. I did not ask for favors, and was more than happy to pay whatever was needed to have the car serviced. What bothered me was the fact that I spent $43,000 on a premium car and not only was the dealer no help, but never even bothered to call back when I asked if I could speak to a manager. What are you in business for if not to service cars? It will be my last Infiniti, as this is a true reflection on the brand for me. I thought it was a great car, until I realized the dealer network wont lift a finger for you. This will be forwarded to Infiniti as well

Ived owned my car since 2013 and I have always used a full synthetic oil in my car, this was the first time Ive used the dealership, they did not use a full synthetic nor did they apply the emailed offer which is what brought me into the dealership. I didnt realize that until I looked at my receipt the following day. Not sure if I will use the dealership again.

Financing was extremely easy and Ervin Williamson handled all of the trade-in and new car financing details with ease. The car we purchased was actually in transit to the dealership and Mark kept us apprised of its status and made sure the car was ready for pickup on the arranged date. We found the entire experience at Bradshaw to be very pleasant and we would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I have bought two cars from these guys now (an FX-45 and an M56), and that says a lot for me. Finance is fantastic (saved me a ton of money on rates on the M), and service is just Stellar. Cannot say enough good about these guys. Both John and the new guy Chris in service are superb. Never have anything but routine maintenance with these cars (they are Infinitis after all), but these guys are always there for me when I have a problem. A+++++
This is the most non-accommodating Infiniti dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They always give me a hard time about getting a loaner when vehicle is being serviced and/or repaired. I’ve made reservations and still get there and I’m told they don’t have it since I’m late. Your dealer is a poor representation of luxury. You should be ashamed!!

The initial sell went well but if you are shopping online you need to print out what they say you are getting and go over everything with them item by item just because the web site says you are getting something it doesnt mean you are. The manager Robert Stockton is unwilling to make it right he explained to me they contract the web site out to Infiniti and it was not them how ever on items that were listed for the car I was buying that I did not receive and were so miner you would think they would honor it and take it up with Infiniti when you are spending that kind of money on a car
Im a Texan, in town visiting family. I didnt really have a lot of time, and my rep Grover and Scott made it a pretty simple buying process. Had a trade in and got a fair value. Got my financing through them. The car is immaculate, and well cared for. Infiniti Certified Pre-owned made this a better value than a similar car at CarMax. I would definitely buy another Infiniti from them.

We went into the dealership expecting to look at and test drive the QX50. We had dinner reservations and did not think we had time to lease a car. We have been through the leasing process at least 5-6 times before and know how long it can take. To Zees credit and with single minded determination, the team offered us a deal we were happy with on the price, AND completed the paper work in record time. Zee even brought the car to us at the restaurant so we would not miss our plans with family! On his birthday- extra THANKYOU. We have always found the service dept ( Chris and Justin) at Bradshaw to be the best and are happy to continue the relationship. In fact it did play a part in our decision to lease another Infinity.We would recommend Bradshaw to all of our friends!
I recently purchased a used 2017 Infiniti QX60 at Bradshaw Infiniti and Gary Vasage was my salesman. When we first got to the dealership we were only intending to test drive a QX60 because I planned on traveling out of state for my purchase. Gary allowed my wife to test drive a 2018 with similar options(out of our price range) just so we could determine if this type of vehicle would be a good fit for our family. We loved how it drove but couldnt afford it so Gary checked around their extended inventory and found a 2017 with better options and low miles. Gary worked hard to help with getting us to a good price on our trade in and for the QX. After we reached an agreement Gary Vasage continued to work hard to make sure the vehicle was polished and detailed to my standards. He gave me a loaner vehicle so I didnt have to wait all day. He sent me updated pictures of the car after it was cleaned and then he filled my new QX up with a full tank of gas. Eric Sanders in financing was also helpful. I was temporarily financing through Infinti until I could get the paperwork completed through my Credit Union for a better rate. He called my bank to make sure there wouldnt be any extra charges after my Credit Union took over the financing. The whole group at Bradshaw Infiniti was helpful and I appreciate their help in locating a safe and quality vehicle for my family.

Took my Infiniti g37 to Bradshaw Infiniti while still under power train warranty for transmission issues. Vehicle was misdiagnosed as needing a new clutch and flywheel. I paid $1,263 (just in labor) for them to install a new clutch and flywheel. After the new clutch was installed my vehicle performed the same as before- it still had grinding in 5th gear. Took vehicle back and they acknowledged that the transmission needed to be replaced under warranty. They replaced the transmission at no charge but are refusing to refund the labor I have already paid. Their attempt at a fair resolution was to offer a $500 service credit for future labor...as if Id want to return for more of their services.
I want to share that our car buying experience with Torrey Anderson at Bradshaw Infiniti was the best experience we have had in buying a car. Torrey was great to work with and is a fantastic sales person. He made the whole process of choosing, test driving and then ultimately purchasing our brand new Infiniti QX 30 2018 Premium vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership a 2018 QX30 was waiting for us at the door of the dealership. We spoke with Torrey for a few minutes then he handed us the keys and shared that we could take it for a test drive and to take the necessary time we needed with the car. After our test drive we knew this car was for us. Torrey stayed in touch with us and kept us informed through the whole sales process. Also he was very patient and attentive to us as customers and our needs since there was some complexity to the purchase of the car as we were moving from one state to another.
