We were so impressed with the fast response by Tom Kaiser, the owner, to our request for help. His technician, Bret, arrived on time the following morning. We seldom, seldom see a person work so efficiently and professionally. He uncovered issues we werent aware of which were costing us wasted water, performed those and other repairs in less than an hour. Its hard to think any irrigation service could outperform this company.

Spoke with Tom on the phone about my irrigation system. Has very poor communication skills and little regard for the customer. There is a $79.00 service fee and with this being a third quote in me shopping around of course I had questions. That was taken as hesitation and he continued to try to talk over me and correct me on irrelevant points in the conversation. For example, I referenced the crew as a “your team” I was corrected with “first of all I don’t have a team I have a guy that will come out and run diagnostics.”Point is, the perception was there was very little care if my business was obtained or not. Had to block Tom because after our conversation and dealing with his arrogance he started to text me after I said sh** in regards to clearly he didn’t want my business. Huge disappointment.
Great experience with these guys. Tom was polite on the phone and set someone up to come out the next morning. The technician that came out, Bret, was polite and honest. He provided pictures of the issue and the fix afterwards. Didnt oversell, which I appreciate. Would recommend!
I have used this company twice now and I am completely satisfied with their work. I am new to the area and have little knowledge of sprinkler systems. They fixed my problems fast and were very professional. Cost of repairs was very reasonable as well. They are my company to go to for Irragation issues!Thank you!
Charles was fantastic. Electrical problem that I would have spent weeks diagnosing (and mis-diagnosing) that he understood in 15 minutes. Part ordered, fully repaired and tuned that morning. Very reasonably priced. Great guy.
I read the reviews before contacting the company, most all positive. Unfortunately, when I spoke to Tom about the installation and that it would be a one man crew working on my project it gave me a little bit of doubt on it being completed in a timely manor. That paired with the $160.00 fee to review the system to offer a quote I thought I would make a couple of phone calls to compare the market. I told Tom thank you for his information and I would get back with him if I wanted to do the Analysis which was followed with him laughing and an okay guy. With that poor attitude on the front end id prefer to find someone else. Id hate to have to encounter trouble shooting an issue with my system or services with him.
Brett and Victoria came out today and in a little over an hour were able to solve and fix a problem that was left undone by another company. I will definitely engage them in the future as I need assistance with my system.(Note to those that read this review, demand for irrigation work in the Greenville area is crazy. It is all but impossible to get immediate service. This is not necessarily a factor of poor service but rather of the demand. We had to wait a couple weeks to get on their calendar but it was worth waiting.)
The company replaced my back flow last year. The fittings they replaced broke 3 times since then. They fixed it free of charge twice. In September this year the same fittings broke again. The company technician told me before the work was started there would be no charge, Two weeks latter I get a bill for this for $344. When I call to explain I was told his technician was wrong. Next thing they did was to put a lien on my home which was under contract to sell, leaving me no choice but to pay over $1000 to have it removed.
They came out when they said they would, did an awesome job and charged a very reasonable fee. Bret knew more about the grass and plants in my yard than any lawn care pro Ive hired. I recommend them highly!
All About Irrigation was great to work with. Bret provided helpful solutions to each problem, and quickly and expertly fixed all our sprinkler/pipe issues. Very impressed with their customer service, expertise and prompt help. We will definitely use them again!

Very pleased with the work All About Irrigation has done for us. The team member came out to our house on a day that was in the mid 90s, was very friendly, and even took the time to explain how the system works. Wonderful customer service, diligent worker, and on top of all of this, the price was cheaper than competitors in the area. All of my irrigation maintenance/repair will be done by All About Irrigation as long as I live in the Greenville area.
Poor Customer Service by Tom | I reached out to All About Irrigation seeking assistance troubleshooting my current irrigation system. Tom called me today (05/10/19) to explain their services and fees. I was ok with everything up to the point when i received his response about schedule availability. I simply asked if they had availability next week possibly to come out and review the system with me. He laughed at me and said no way, and that the earliest availability they had was 05/21. I replied that I understood they were booked and was hoping for something sooner. I mentioned that if I hadnt had any luck with anyone else by that time, I would reach back out. At that moment, he hung up on me without another word. I thought maybe he was disconnected, so I called back and simply asked if this was All About Irrigation, he said yes. I asked if he had hung up on me and then he started cursing at me for no apparent reason, telling me not to bother him, and then hung up on me again. I simply dont understand the necessity for Toms behavior. All I was seeking was assistance troubleshooting my irrigation system. I certainly didnt mean to offend Tom, and still do not understand how I may have.I see all the reviews, raving about this company and its service. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience. I hope anyone considering All About Irrigation of Greenville, SC has a better experience than I had today. I was very disappointed in Toms attitude and poor customer service. He did not represent his business well today.As a final note for Tom: Brother, I am truly sorry that someone, somewhere has wronged you in life, but you cannot treat people in this manner and expect them to be a patron of your business.I am moving on and putting this behind me, but will never contact nor recommend this business based on my initial interaction with Tom.

Our All About Irrigation rep, Mike Shotwell, came out and checked out our entire system, it had been dormant for a year. He changed several heads, moved and added more and insured the system was doing what it supposed to. It was a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.
Wow, just wow - Working with All About Irrigation has been a whole new level ofdeplorable customer service and respect for the customer. We askedthem to install a $269 irrigation pump with economy in mind, we wantednothing fancy, just basic PVC piping installation and were quoted $75 anhour and about an hour to an hour and a half. We received a bill for$360. I was not home and my husband wrote the check - we were chargedabout double of what the parts would have cost if we bought themdirectly - more importantly - we were very clear that we wanted bareminimum economy. (our pump, our choice). We were never asked if wewanted to upgrade to a top of the line inlet hose or a pressure valvethat our pump manual said we did not leave, but the contractor installed- again, without our approval. My husband wrote the check for $360 @about 3:30 PM - I left a voicemail at 4:30 PM saying we were stoppingpayment because they installed much more than we asked for. We receiveda nasty phone call at 9:00 PM at night 9:00 PM and as a farmer, we go to bed early and this isextremely inappropriate.and then the below nasty email. -we were more than willing to pay a fair price for what we asked for,but not be gouged in pricing. My email to All About Irrigation isbelow their response - Wow - just wow on the customer service front. I will be glad to see you in court over this ! Its people like you thathas put this country in the turmoil that it is in . We saved you moneyand helped you . And you intern accuse us of overcharging you. My techspent hours shopping for parts that you didnt know you needed and wedidnt bill you for his time . The release valve is installed on everypump that we install . it saves the long Jevity of the pump, will thepump operate without it yes, will the pump wear out faster and possiblybreakdown yes. You asked US for our professionalism and expertise andknowledge of over 15 years of service and thats what we gave you if youwere to hire a plumber they charge double what I charge per hour thatsright look it up call them up and find out its double. we only charge$75 per hour . Jonathan took a half hour of time off of the bill byusing that pipe that you insist we overcharged you on. Illuminated allthe gluing and the price of the elbows if she was to use the PVC. Eachcity has to be glued and takes 25 minutes to dry things that you dontknow or dont understand but yet youre complaining about do the math atleast three elbows on that PVC pipe at least 25 minutes of driving timefor elbow he saved you that money. You can stop payment if you like butI will immediately file a complaint for nonpayment at travelers restmunicipal court. I had not known about your grievance and my officemanager already deposited the check in my bank account if you stoppayment on the check, that cost will be in added onto the bill. Ireviewed the bill and see nothing at all wrong with his charges isanything more than for Jonathan is a very honest young man I thought hewas being helpful to you. What I can do is have him come and take thatrelease valve off and get duct that charge from the bill thats all Iwill do for you at this point if thats what you want I will reimburseyou and send you a check for the difference since I already depositedyours. I believe that would be $60 return to you if that is notacceptable I will see you in court!
