Pros: The assistant manager, Phil, was friendly and transparent. The service was fast and I was given a loaner (in advance request) so I could run errands. Service was affordable and they washed and vacuumed my car for me.Con: I called earlier in the week to get a Ballpark price for my service. Was sent to a voicemail. Receptionist was curt and condescending prior to sending me to voicemail. Left message and number. Service manager did not return my call. *Two thumbs down*

I’ve had the opportunity to interact with at least one person in each department at this location and I am beyond pleased. Don with financing goes above and beyond to make deals happen while providing excellent customer service. Dean in the service department always takes care of my questions or concerns with my vehicle quickly, I feel he genuinely cares for the safety of clients. Caitlin, sold me my first vehicle from this location and was fantastic! She allowed me to select all of the details even down to the floor mats that she had special ordered for me and they were shipped to my home within days. I highly recommend using this location in Greenville, SC if you want a luxury experience and great customer service.

I brought in my car, after driving back from Florida, because the check engine light came on. It was evaluated and service within 1 day. Plus I had a rum that needed repairing, since I scuffed it up myself by hitting a curb. Phil was terrific with his great customer service style and smile. I would recommend him & the team to anyone owning a Range Rover or other luxury car or SUV that they service. Great job, all around!!

My oil was changed and all maintenance checks were made followed with both electronic and paper copies for my records. To top off this professional maintenance service, they washed my car. My service person, Ashley was professional, knowledgeable and took the initiative to make a disappointing situation positive. She resolved my displeasure upon learning that the loaner I was assured would be available would NOT be a Volvo. Who would think that a dealer would use a vendor to provide loaners that would be inferior to the brand they sell. Plus I had been contacted numerous times to remind me of the appointment but never a word about the loaner being from some rental agency. Ashley provided a very good solution. The service team located a rattle that was driving my crazy. Everything was done in a timely fashion and greatly appreciated..

First, I am enjoying the car....but. After over a month and I had not received not one shred of paperwork from the salesman I had to call your dealership to get the paperwork from your finance guy. He said it was a terrible mistake and his sales manager will be giving you a call...Im still waiting.... I did finally get the paperwork in an email though. It really doesnt matter if he calls now, or not. I dont think I can recommend you or your salesman, after this experience.

Lee took me for a test drive and as soon as I got off the car I told home I‘ll take it!. Lee made the process simple and pleasant. CUSTOMERS BEWARE: I Have hated to take my Jag in for service at this dealership lately. They are so unorganized when you drop the car off for service. I have had to wait over an hour just to drop off the car. I scheduled my service by calling their service department. My service could only be scheduled 2 weeks out due to their backlog. When I finally picked up my car after the service I found out I was being charged $49.00 just for making my appointment with their service department. I wont be taking my car to them again. I found a local Jaguar mechanic I will use from now on.

The service writers are always very nice. And very over worked. I wanted an oil change for my Jaguar. I was told that the 50k service on the car was eligible for 20% off. So I agreed.Now a synthetic oil change is easily $100 cheaper anywhere else in this town but, I realize these mechanics are specialists in Jaguar. I agreed.I get the bill and it included the 20% discount BUT, there is a $49.87 miscellaneous fee included! The fee covers shop supplies, fluids, etc. I’m told this expense is divided by each service ticket to make it more fair for the customer. BS ! This is nothing more than a service department doc fee just like what you pay when you purchase a vehicle. I was charged for parts, so put the miscellaneous shop fee on my bill and give me my discount!!! The miscellaneous fee is not to exceed $50. Well, if it’s divided equally, what if someone needs more than $50 of whatever? This fee is added after the discount.I wasn’t told about the fee when I agreed to the service. The explanation infuriated me! Other than that, I’m sure they are fine people.

I ordered a car through Care by Volvo. The salesman in charge of my delivery was completely uninterested and unmotivated in making the experience bearable, much less enjoyable. I left the dealership without insurance information (supposed to be included in my subscription) because the salesman “had no idea about any of the insurance stuff”. He said he would look into it the following day and get back to me. That was three days ago. I finally emailed my Volvo contact to get insurance information so I was no longer driving around without it. I’m still waiting on answers to two other questions I asked corporate in order to avoid dealing with the dealership again. I would not recommend the dealership.

Not A Happy Camper...... took my car to the dealership because the fan continues to run when the car is off. They replaced the water pump and cold start solenoid. I picked the car up drive straight home, exit the car walk in the house come back out 8 minutes later and the fan is still running on the car. Bottom radiator hose is collapsed (which is a sign that water is not flowing yet they put on a new water pump). Called Joshua in the service department as he was my point of contact and told him the fan is still running on my car. He said the top radiator hose needs to be replaced. We ordered the hose from the dealership and put that on ourselves. $2200 later the car just sits in the garage because I cant drive it without it running hot!

Not a great experience Im afraid. I had booked my service maybe 2 weeks previously and dropped it off at 9.30am as arranged on the phone. I was told it should be ready early afternoon around 2pm. A little before that I sent a text asking if it were ready. I had no reply before I arrived. As I walked in I saw my car by the reception so was happy, thinking it was ready for pick up. But was told by the service agent that its service had not even started yet and that my appointment was a drop in service! At no time did the agent I spoke to on the phone nor the check in person on the day mention this. You can imagine my surprise and consequent frustration! I ended up having to wait almost another 2 hours. The poor experience is heightened by the fact that my wife booked her Acura in for its service on the same day. She arrived on time 08.30 and she was done and finished in about 1.5 hours. And came to pick me up.Frankly I expect more from a luxury dealership.An apology and a discount is like shutting the door after the horse has bolted. My trust in you to fulfil your service to me as a customer has been shaken. And I will almost certainly take my business elsewhere.Oh and when I went to fill the gas tank the following day I found the rubber tie that holds the cap was snapped. An additional irritation indicating a lack of care on the part of one of the employees.If you are interested in improving then your communication and setting of expectations needs to be better. I most certainly would have been at the service centre earlier but booked 9.30 at the suggestion of your agent and the simple service maintenance I needed should not have used almost 7 hours of my day. This poor review is about respecting your customers time which I do not feel that you did.

We are traveling in SC and brought our XC90 T8 to Volvo of Greenville for a check engine light. After charging us $260 to diagnose the issue they then tried to charge us $4000 for the repair. I had to get both our home dealership and Volvo US involved and advocate for what should have been a warranty repair all along. Eventually, they made it right but I fear others wouldnt know to escalate and keep questioning until you get the coverage that is warranted for the car.

Good evening,Here is my review about my experience. I was expecting a survey but since one didnt come here you go. First of all when I scheduled my service I told the lady that I needed a vehicle so I could get back to work. She assured me that one would be there. Not only was one not there, but I had to wait on a rental car from Elite to arrive. Which was not compatible to my vehicle that was being serviced at the time. I shouldve been given a volvo which is what I pay for on a regular basis. However, I had to use a rental car that was late getting there, dirty when it arrived and not in the same class as my car. I asked why the car was dirty (like we not surrounded by covid)after the guy who delivered it showed up late, he told me that he had just picked it up from subaru and if I wanted a clean car I would have to wait another 30 minutes. My appointment was at 9 and I got there early around 8:35 assuming I could get in another car and leave. The dirty rental got there at 9:30 and another 30 minutes wouldve put me at 10am. I wiped and sprayed the rental down with lysol and clorox. Then proceeded to drive home with gloves on because of covid and the car not being clean. During all of this not one person apologized or even acknowledged that this was an issue. This is not good customer service in my opinion. I hope that you do better with other customers. Since obviously my concern of getting to work wasnt a concern of theirs. Have a great day!

I started bringing my used Volvo to the service at this dealership, and have been blown away by their customer service. Specifically, Ashley who works at the service desk is amazing. A second note that surprised me, I expected service rates here to be incredibly expensive, and was hesitant to go at first, but I needed some major service done and wanted a fuller inspection from a Volvo mechanic, The labor and parts for having my timing belt changed, along with several other services were on par with about any other reputable mechanic you would go to. I really do feel like I got five-star service, and did not break the bank.

Normally I would provide 5 stars due to good service and friendliness. They are always great. That said, they are clearly not taking appropriate protocols to protect employees and customers in their building. I noticed that all customers were wearing masks, yet less than 50% of employees in the showroom, offices, and service entrance were also doing the same. It is definitely sad that they dont care enough about employees and customers to make it an employee requirement.

I purchased a preowned LR4 6-8 months ago. We drove from Charleston to Greenville with the anticipation of driving it home the same day but it was not ready because it needed its 60k mile maint. Bummer but want it to have a full service maint check and vehicle was delivered to us. One week of driving vehicle I could tell the control arms were bad & a odd hmmming noise. Took to Baker in Charleston and was told needed control arms & front dif was bad! Fortunately purchased extended warranty; they came to inspect and agreed. Would not cover service, said was preexisting. I felt devastated, and was quoted $6,000 in work needed to be done.I left Bryant, the GM a message. He called immediately and said he would 100% take care of everything or buy the car back. He had car picked up, work completed, and vehicle delivered back. A huge relief and so very thankful they took care of service. I was anticipating more of a resistance and to our surprise helpful, courteous, and professional. I love my LR4.

To be honest, I told anyone who would listen that I would never step foot back into the Greenville location for any type of maintenance/service event based on multiple bad experiences back in 2016 while attempting to order parts and have maintenance or service performed on my Range Rover Sport HSE. Due to time constraints, In March-2021 I decided to give the Greenville location a call with hopes that things had changed and to my surprise things had changed for the better. Everything from the initial greeting, to the status communications, to the detailed explanation of the necessary service actions, you could feel the conscious effort to provide a high level of customer service and ensure that things were carried out as promised. So I drive a 2006 LR3 with 174.... miles on it. I had been living in Bluffton Sc so when I moved back to Gville I didn’t know where to take my truck! Of course after I called around for the leaking transmission seal and the real axle leak... I called The dealership!Josh my service tech treated me like I drove a 80k Range Rover!! Apparently after you buy, you no longer are eligible to receive any service.Updated...surprise! They called me back (after this post) while I was at work. When I called back an hour later, no answer and the voice mail of the person who called me was full. Lowering from 2 stars to 1 star.

They said they wash my car when they did not I come to get a full service they change the oil but I did not replace my washer fluid or check my other fluids and they did not apologize for me having to wait another hour for them to wash it or actually wash it I thought they were supposed to

I’m delighted to write this review. The Volvo service is world class. They go above and belong to delight their customers. I’m so impressed how honest and trustworthy they are. They always respect their customer - me! The take such good Ctr of my 2004 Volvo! I have had my car service by David and his crew for over 10 years now. I live in SENECA and willingly to drive up to Greenville for the highest quality service around! Prior to the Volvo service, I took my car to local where service seemed to spread out like a fan. It was one thing after another. I can count on David to get a full diagnosis, give me options and prices—and typically handle everything in one visit. Volvo should really appreciate David—he is very best car service manager that I have known since I had my first car in the late 1960s. And during this COVID -19 pandemic, he went out of his way to for me. Kudos to Greenville Volvo service.

Absolutely loved my sales rep Sobhi and have already referred friends and family to him. Loathed my 50 minutes in the Finance Managers office. He was belittling, kept me in his office alone for almost half of the time (a very poor sales pressure tactic), and when I held firm at declining any additional services, flat out refused to engage with me beyond placing paperwork in front of me to sign. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences Ive had, especially at a luxury auto dealership.

They advertise pickup and delivery, tried to schedule end of May, online confirmation, the next morning was texted they couldn’t do pickup or delivery. Called again June 1 for service and a courtesy car, couldn’t get me in until the 15th for a courtesy car. All the cars on the lot, the $$ for them to do my brakes, but they can’t work out a courtesy car for 15 DAYS!!!Thinking about calling Mini for a quote and courtesy car!! That’s where I purchased my daughters car .

I was able to easily set up an appointment to see the car I wanted. Test drove & bought the car with ease all in an afternoon. Staff was professional, not pushy. I felt at ease the whole time! Dropped off my Volvo for service with a 9:00 AM appointment. They put me in a cheap rental that smelled like an ashtray. I showed up at 5:45 to pick up my car and it hadnt even been touched.... It was moved forward maybe 10 feet. Im a four time Volvo owner, but the service is horrendous.
