Once a year we go to the KitchenAid Experience to shop during the Greenville sidewalk sales, and what a great time! Their high quality merchandise is a wonderful addition to my kitchen, where I do a lot of cooking and baking, and the store itself is beautiful! It even has a section in the basement that is like a small museum, where you learn about the evolution of this dynamic company!
If you are looking for great quality kitchen gadgets this is the place . Look around upstairs then go downstairs and check out the bargains. A short display of their history is also downstairs .We were thier on a holiday weekend and got large discounts on the items we bought .The staff is also very helpfull with any questions.
We just purchased the Professional HD. When we took it out of the box the logo was bent and peeling off. Very disappointing after spending so much money. Needs better quality assurance control. I know they had a backlog of orders to process but still this is no excuse.I hope we find nothing else wrong and that this was just a small mistake. Made in America is great and so should the quality.
I really hate seeing it close. They had good sales and promotion especially their July sale. That is when several of us get together and enjoy the time. Im sure the town will miss these times because that gave them extra sales at the same time. Kitchenaid has always been an item that I have always enjoyed using, will miss not being able to shop and see the new items and colors come out.
Sadly, they are closing their doors. Visiting KA and stopping for Maid-Rites has always been our fun go to, and Id get cool gadgets for my mixer. Now will have to buy everything online(which I probably wont be doing). Wish they would reconsider closing....😪
I always loved going to Kitchenaid experience on Annie Oakley Days. It is always around my birthday so I go and buy my birthday presents. I am so disappointed that the store is closing. I always buy my nieces a mixer for their wedding. My granddaughters are getting at the age for weddings and have boyfriends. I could always find the colors that everyone wanted. Not sure how I can do that now.
Great experience, was not that familiar with this brand. Went on tour at factory, then went to store. Purchased my 1st Kitchen Aid mixer. Love it, hardly a week goes by that I do not use it. Got refurbished mixer, still working great after 4 years. 😍
I enjoyed this store so much. They had exactly what I wanted. I cant see why this store would be closing. Very sad.the workers were super.
Got my 3.5 quart tilt head mixer for under 150! Also picked up lots of accessories for it as well for cheap. What a great sale they have yearly. Looking forward to going again next year. Got a blender for cheap also. Very happy!
Lovely store, a wide variety of utensils and appliances in many colors. Staff is very helpful
Love Kitchen Aid so it was really cool to see this! Has a mini museum and awesome collection of new and refurbished stuff. Super nice staff as well!!
I am SO SAD this place is closing. I love the Kitchen Aid Experience. I hope theyll change their mind and keep it open.
Had to much fun looking around. Found some attachments for mixer. Yay! Have stand mixers in ever color and design you would ever want. All sorts kitchen gadgets.
It was absolutely wonderful! The customer service there is amazing! I purchased several items. Alls I had to do was show them what I wanted to buy. They held all of my things while I shopped. They brought them to the checkout and even loaded it all into my car! I Love my KitchenAid appliances!
For all things KitchenAid oh, it is definitely worth a drive to Greenville for their selection and very helpful staff. And their annual sale is stupendous!!! You can have fun in a long lines and learn about what accessories are easy to use, while taking advantage of the best prices ever. Definitely recommend!
Lines were long, but people were patient and pleasant. Hard to look at everything due to lines and what I really wanted didnt go on sale until Saturday. However, they do take phone orders, know your item SKU, if possible. I think someone said free shipping on orders over $50. Fun to do once, but Ill shop online or via phone next time. 😉
Positives: things were very well displayed and fairly organized. Would be nice if all quart size items would all be in the same place, like all 7 quart items all be in the same place.Negatives:. You have got to do something about check out. We stood in line for just a little over 2 hours... That is rediculous. It has been 3 years since Id been and it was bad before, this was beyond bad... Im in no hurry to go back again. Channeling people through the gadget room added about 40 minutes to our wait. Not fun. A man that was in the other line was clear at the back and was at the checkout when we still waited 20 minutes more. Not happy!
This was my first time there and looking to purchase a mixer. The place was very clean and tidy. The service was very friendly as well as helpful. He (Jim, I think was his name) answered all my questions and then some. Needless to say we purchased a mixer and accessories as well. We highly recommend them.
Great store, wonder and friendly staff. Fantastic prices and huge selection.
We are from southern Ohio so it was quite a trip for us. We heard that the Kitchen aid store was closing and things were on sale. Well the only things on sale are dish towels, gadgets and cookbooks. I guess Ill go home and shop Wal Mart and Amazon.
Great customer service. Love the color options! Quick, helpful, durable product, nice tours! Visit several times a year.
Store is way overpriced even for some of the refurbished items. Picked up the Kitchenaid 5 speed blender for $30 less from another box store. Great little museum in the basement area. Definitely worth it to stop here at least once for the experience..
My wife and I drove from our home in St. Marys, Ohio to the KitchenAid manufacturing facility and showroom in Greenville, Ohio. At that time, my wife had a KitchenAid mixer for 25 years receiving it as a wedding gift. We really enjoyed the historical items in the showroom. My wife could not leave without buying another appliance, a hand mixer. After moving from Ohio to the new home we built in Las Vegas, Nevada, we chose all KitchenAid appliances for our entire kitchen. We love all of them.
I am going to miss this place when it closes
Great place to shop for KitchenAid mixer or small appliances. They have everything you need for your mixer. They also have KitchenAid cook books and kitchen tools. Great friendly staff.
Still busy but much better than years past. The management and line control was great.....
Neat place to visit. You will find many choices here for kitchen appliances, utensil, etc. The store has a small museum of the history of mixers. The mixers are not as reliable any more and their warranties are no longer life time. I brought my mixer to get repair. The sales rep was very nice and helpful.
GoSo sorry to see it close. It is one of my favorite places to shop for gifts and of course myself.
For the first time I went for their yearly sidewalk sale. Packed wall to wall with people. Price reductions were well worth the 30 minute wait to cash out. They had volunteers everywhere directing customers to the end if the line and showing which way to go (line sit in two at a couple points on way to registers). This made things so much easier. I plan on going again to the store when nothing is going on so I can spend time meandering and seeing everything they offer. Their mini Kitchen Aid museum in the basement was pretty neat to look at all the styles from their beginning to now. Definitely go if you ever get a chance.
Fabulous Store!! Linda gave a great cooking demonstration. I have fixed her Stawberry Pie many times now always to rave reviews. Jim could not have been more helpful and the things we purchased there worked perfectly. We came as strangers and left as friends. Thank you so much!!
I wish the museum was able to be kept there.
Love going to this store, especially during Annie Oakley Days (last full weekend of July). There is a store wide sale of 30 to 40% off.
Love this place - such a great variety of KitchenAid small appliances, and accessories.
We were just passing through town and thought wed stop in. Nice store for looking around and getting ideas. Pretty much everything KitchenAid makes is there. They had some very good prices during their Sidewalk Sale.
It was huge and for someone who has never been there before I enjoyed finding everything I would need all in one store and the staff is very helpful
Very helpful and friendly. They will work with you to help with product info. Or to resolve any issues that may arise.
I order a mixer on 5/3/2020 from the website I did not receive shipping info so I called to see where it was they said it already ship and I should have got it on the 12 I was home all day on the 12 I did not get it so I called after explain myself to three different people they told me they would ship another one but it still has not shipped I am out a lot of money still no mixer
Everyone who can should visit this place. First class products and demos upstairs and big discounts down stairs.
I caught one of their annual sales and everyone was very helpful despite the store being packed to the brim. Good selection of items and well priced during the sale. Not much of a selection for bakeware accessories but the pans I did find were great in quality.
Very nice store. Everything KitchenAid. They had many examples of their early mixers.
Great place to purchase KitchenAid countertop appliances and accessories. Knowledgeable staff, good pricing, & factory refurbished items. Be sure to check out the historical display in the basement. Big sale during Annie Oakley Days in July.
100 year anniversary sale! Great products. Great service. And discounts too.
Love my kitchen aid store. Great pleasant clerks
Love the KitchenAid Experience. Good quality merchandise and plenty of help.
I love the store itself, the downstairs history section is intriguing and informative. However, the staff is extremely rude. They were short with answering my questions, and they were not helpful. It seemed like I was interrupting them when there wasnt anyone else in the store. I love Kitchenaid, but Im just going to buy online from now on.
Love seeing Julia Childs stand mixer from her TV show. Great selection of items and prices.
I finally got a candy apple red mixer! Now I need a Jeep to match! Home made pasta and chocolate chunk cookies coming for my family!
So cool to have this little gem right here in western Ohio! This is the place for KitchenAid fans. Great customer service!
This was second year driving in for the sale. I will definitely come again.
Very nice store, great customer service and price.
Annie Oakley days is a great time to go to Kitchen Aid. Every year they have all of their products mark down. You can get some really great deals.
Live demos, helpful staff and interesting museum. I took my service animal in & no one had any problem with her being in the store.Hunt: if you are active duty or veteran, take your ID & ask for military discount on any plug in appliance or attachment!
It was great to see all the kitchen aid appliances. The museum downstairs was cute.
Well worth the visit. Dont forget to check out the small museum in the basement
The store was well laid off out. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable of the products on display.
The 3 piece dish drainer is a horrendous and extremely disappointing product. It was a highly rated item among those listed online. I selected it based on $40 price, assumed quality of the brand namekitchen Aid, and hoped to give it as a gift. The dish rack fails completely as a drainer for china dishes, The openings are not secure enough or high enough or deep enough to hold ones precious china in place. Therefore, the china plates fall and can easily be broken, I was so upset and so disappointed. I tried to register a complaint with Kitchen Aid corporate and customer service. That failed also after being transferred 4 times. No one helped me on the 4th transfer, When someone finally answered, I was told to send them an e-mail. I will never buy anything from Kitchen Aid again. Ever.
My Kitchenaid Toaster Oven died at 14 months..This was 2 months past the 1 year contract.Kitchenaid sent me a new unit in just a few days after calling them and with no out of pocket expense to me.I purchased the toaster oven at Macys in California.Kitchenaid is GREAT!
Great place to buy small quality appliances!
I had a blast with kitchen aid employee, she was very informative and fun to talk to. Thank you for your help. Have a nice holiday weekend. Linda Hovanessian
If you love Kitchenaid, then this is a no brainer. Absolutely awesome place to set what Kitchenaid offers, pick up your dream Kitchenaid product, and learn about the history of Kitchenaid.
Beautiful store and museum downstairs. A must stop when youre in town.
Wonderful experience. I will go again next year.
Love it. historical pieces were great. Julia childs mixer
Beautiful store but not the destination attraction I was expecting.
If you like KitchenAid small appliances, this is the place to visit. Great staff. Plenty of public parking.
Love the store and the mini-museum downstairs. I just wish I could take a mixer on the plane
Friendly and helpful staff. Great demonstrations.
They are awesome people. They are very nice and cooperative people. They are also very understanding .
Very nice, but the employees need to be more helpful.
The Staff was amazing and very helpful had a great time.
They just had a sale last week-end,i purvhased a 4 slice toaster and skillet, great, they do demos every wed and fri. And saturdays they have special chefs in,always learning something new,all classes start at 10:30 and some last an hour, they show you how to make something, give you the recipe and you can taste it,great event for a girls day out.the store is full of all kitchen appliances that are made at whirlpool in Greenville, they do not do tours of plant anymore, but still lots to see in Greenville, while you are there do lunch at the famous maid-ritesandwich.
This is a nice place with a helpful staff, with great Kitchen Aid products. There are some bargains on reconditioned and out of package items.
Very nice people, helped me with Christmas
Main floor is a KitchenAid shop and the basement is a museum. The basement also has a lot of refurbished mixers. Its a fun place, highly recommend

A friendly and helpful staff makes shopping here an enjoyable experience.
Great free factory tour. A must see if you can fit it in your schedule.
Now my wife can start cooking classes. Lovely store, great customer service.
Only the best. The Greenville, Ohio store us a treat to visit, and be sure to take in a cooking demonstration.
The women working in the store were very snooty. There was 5 of them working and one said hi when we walked in and then didnt speak to us the rest of the time we were in there. They helped some gentleman that came in but thats it. They stood and glared at us, when we left they didnt say anything. Will not return. Prices are more expensive than other stores as well.
You can get alot of great pays there, and if you work for Whirlpool you getmore off.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Helpful.
Great place. Get your tickets there for the tour.
I love that store i wish i can have every thing
Great experience. Friendly and helpful employees!
