Cassy Electric was wonderful to work with from the initial contact until job was completed. Amber answered calls/text messages and was very polite and extremely easy to communicate with. She responded to messages in a timely and professional manner. Drako and the team were very respectful of my home and took special care when entering with tools which included a very tall ladder needed to replace lighting in a 20 feet cathedral ceiling. One team member, Stevie, noticed a bulb was blown in my ceiling fan which was in the cathedral ceiling and volunteered to change it . Not only was there a blown bulb but some dust (not to overwhelming, but dust which I couldn’t easily reach) on the fan so I handed Stevie wipes while he was on the ladder and asked him to remove the dust and he graciously accommodated my request. Thanks for helping with this housekeeping task! Cassy Electric provides great service from beginning to end. Will definitely use again!

Let me begin by saying that this company is exceptional and I want to recommend them to as many people as I possibly can. Electricians Drako and Stevie came to our home yesterday to install two new outlets. They were both kind and professional and when I let them know I had an appointment I had to get to that afternoon, they were able to accommodate. In previous weeks I had gotten quotes for the same job from two of the larger companies in the area, and to say that the amount quoted was ridiculously high is an absolute understatement. Cassy’s pricing was so reasonable and I didn’t feel taken advantage of. I appreciate how this company operates and plan to use them exclusively for any of our electrical needs for our fixer upper home in the future!
