We were told the car was ready for pickup when it wasnt. My husband had to wait on it and was about 2 hours late for work. He got an occurrence for it. We think we might have to bring it back, the clock lost its correct time while we were on vacation.
Brought my wifes car into their service dept. for air conditioning repair. The air compressor is slinging oil out of it. They told me that they were unsure of the cause of the leak and recharged system with dye. and to bring it back when it stops blowing cold. That is fine but there is a clear indication of the compressor being the cause of the leak. My issue is that the compressor will be out of warranty by next summer which will make me do the repair out of pocket. This is unacceptable. So now I have to either take the car to another dealership for a second opinion which is either out of state or more than 50 miles away, because the 4 dealerships in my area are owned by the same company.

My first visit to Greenville I used Easley until I moved. Greenville is my new place to have my car service done at. I’m very pleased with the location and the employees.
I’ve been to this location twice now, it’s always very clean and the people in the service department are really amazing I have worked with Kurt Dawson twice now. He’s polite, quick to the point and friendly. He answers questions and gives any info needed.This location is much closer than the ones in Easley and Greer so I always prefer to come here now. And it helps to have such a helpful staff here as well, double bonus !
Anthony and Grayson were absolutely STELLAR!! Both gentlemen are clearly in love with their jobs and it shows! Anthony was easy to communicate with, helped me to understand exactly what needed to be done with my car, and was always right on hand if I had any questions! Grayson made checkout easy, explained every item on my receipt to me and neither of them ever made me feel any less than them for my questions or misunderstandings. You couldnt have possibly put two better people at your service counter, they know their stuff! The techs made quick work of my service as well, I was barely there for an hour and the whole staff was quick to accommodate my needs! Drinks and snacks provided were perfect, literally couldnt have dreamed up a better experience if I tried! Ill never go anywhere else for my services.
I called this location around noon. I spoke with a gentleman his name was Kurt he allowed me to come in the same day and anytime! The day before Christmas eve. He was very helpful. I arrived about an hour or so later. My check engine light popped up within the last week or so after getting my oil change elsewhere. I called in for a 27 point inspection of my vehicle (great price) and to make sure everything was okay with the check engine light etc. before our long trip. (everything looked great). I was checked in admittedly great service all around. Not sure who my mechanic was this day but thank you as well for making sure my family would be safe for our road trip. Mr. Kurt talked me through everything made me feel at ease! Quick service I was in and out. It was my first visit and I will continue to bring my car to this location! Thank yall! Merry Christmas! (They have drinks and snacks while your waiting😁)

*UPDATE* - Changing to 3 stars because they did in fact pay the $180 bill. Hopefully I never need to contact them again for long term engine damage.I bought my car from the Gilstrap chain of dealerships and decided to use the lifetime customer perk while I was in town visiting, since I needed an oil change.On my way home (I live 4.5 hours away) my oil light came on and my engine started making noise. Luckily I was just about home when this happened. I called and they advised me to go to my local Mitsubishi dealership. Upon arrival this morning, they put my car up and noted the oil plug was missing, meaning it was not properly put back on at the Greenville dealership. Im lucky my infant daughter and I didnt get stranded on the side of a mountain on our way home. Unfortunately, this isnt even the worst part.My home dealership charged for diagnostics, cleaning (because my entire undercarriage was covered in oil) and a new oil change. I expected the Gilstrap dealership to pay for this, since this was THEIR error. They have been handling this situation with NO consideration to my time. I have been told MULTIPLE times I will get a call back in a timely manner, to no avail. I have to call back every time, after waiting HOURS between communications. The last phone call. I had been at the dealership for SEVERAL HOURS waiting for them to call me back to resolve this issue. I called them crying, just wanting this to be done so I can go home, to which I was told the supervisor handling this situation would be calling me directly back after his meeting. That was OVER 2 HOURS ago. I do not appreciate being put through the ringer, not getting call backs, and having ZERO respect given for my time.Do NOT go to this or any of these dealerships if they are making mistakes on simple oil changes and then not even owning up to what they did. UNACCEPTABLE!

This whole business is a sham I would never buy another car from them they sale you cars and then a few weeks later it breaks down then they got to fix it and when you get it back its either damage someone else or damaged horrible compant Easley as well

I went for just an oil change on a v4 engine, by appointment. I was there at 8:30 and didn’t receive the car back until 10:40, just to find out my check engine light is now flashing. The car was running perfectly fine before I went. Engine came back with a trot and wouldn’t go faster than 30 mph???. After they checked it out the quoted me $425+ for a fix

Been to 2 of the dealership within a few years. For one they say they can help anybody in any situation. Not true and the slogan dealer for the people is also a sham they are just like any other dealership out there. Wastes hours at the one in greenville for them to tell us they cant really help. The radio ads are nothing but a ploy to get people to the dealerships they dont go by anything the commercials say. This would be a zero star if Google would allow me to.

I had the best experience buying my new car at Greenville Mitsibushi. From the start they had great customer service and did not try to push me to buy a car. I stopped by just to check out the cars right before they were about to close. I asked about a price of a car, it had just been brought in so I was asked to come inside so we could ask the manager (Mike) the numbers, only to see the exact car I fell in love with on the showroom floor, that I thought was out of my league. This review is for Kurt :So, I bought my 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage from Easley Mitsubishi back in July 2019, and Ive been going there ever since to have both my G4, and my older Toyota, serviced; however, my family recently moved, and with the Greenville location being closer & more convenient to my office, I stopped in today with the intention of setting an appointment & getting a quote for my *major* upcoming 30k mile service... so, imagine my surprise and delight when, not only were they able to fit me in immediately for such a big service order (they did it all on the spot today, and were done in under 2 hours!) but my favorite employee in the service department, Kurt, was also there!It was really nice to see such a familiar, friendly face from the Easley location at the Greenville office today, and Kurt being the superhero he is, I ended up paying less than I expected to pay. In addition, he made sure that the guys not only took care of my car mechanically, but they washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior! My husband and I are so happy were customers for life. Once again, another lovely service experience at Gilstrap Mitsubishi thanks to Kurt (and congrats on the new grandbaby, too! 😉)
I went to the Greenville location to look at a 2004 GMC truck that was listed for 13500. The sales lady was nice and willing to work with me and even told me the price could be negotiated, so I test drove the vehicle and decided I would like to buy it. We started the process and I asked what the bottom dollar on the truck would be. After going in to the sales manager she calls me into the office so I could ask the manager what the bottom dollar would be, and to say he was rude is a understatement. He said the price was 14900 when it’s listed for 13500 on a employees Facebook page and also on their website. After telling him the price it was listed at he got mad and said there was no way he would take less after the sales lady told me that twice. Greenville location manager is a jerk and very unprofessional he also does not communicate with his sales people which is obvious. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else to buy a vehicle.
Make sure before you purchase a used vehicle from this dealership you ask for a extra key and the owners manual. I purchased a vehicle on last month from this dealership and got neither one.

The day of my appointment l get there on time and was told the truck was still in Greer but let me drive 40miles for nothing! PiSS POOR BUSINESS ETHICS! I will NEVER buy from them!!!!!

I was going to give them a five.but they never told me we had to put money down and trade in our car.they waited till we wete in Charleston where my husband had to have many us surgeries like a kidney and liver transplant .he was.in surgery and the account of the store threatened to come and get the car while my husband was in surgerynow they told us we could go back in 6 months and get our payments lowered.if this doest happened they want get our business ever again they dont care life or death they just want there money

I purchased a vehicle a few months back from the mitsubishi of Easley. I realized I had a nail in my tire yesterday while in Greenville. When I called they transferred me to the greenville location and promptly got me into have the tire fixed. Turned out it had not actually gone all the way thru my tire. As a pregnant mom of 3 other kids. They treated so well and got me back on my way in less than 40 mins. I definitely recommend this place for all your car buying and service needs!
