Troy came highly recommended by a fellow BMW rider. He has serviced my R100RT and my wifes R1150R. Thank you for the great service, both bikes have been running great thanks to you! Troy and Barry are a pleasure to deal with and I trust their work.

Awful customer service and was quite rude over the phone when just asking a simple question.

Took a newly purchased (used) Royal Enfield Himalayan to Barry for initial review, service, valve adjustment - quick, knowledgeable, great service. Appreciate the old soul feel to the shop, the bikes and the owner. He will have my business from now on as I am better with a pen than a wrench...but love the old bikes...

I got my brakes done this past week and had a great experience. I was easily able to call and set things up, communications with Barry were clear, and he let me ask him a few questions beyond specifically the brake job. He gave me a fair price estimate when we met, finished the job sooner than expected, and let me know the total price before I showed up. I really appreciated that, as it was the opposite of how Ive felt before by other mechanic shops - trapped by showing up and having to pay more than expected for work theyve done beyond what was requested. When I went to get my motorcycle, he walked me through the brakes but also what else he had taken a look at (tire pressure, brake fluid, etc.) and let me know, without doing any work I had not authorized previously. He gave a firm handshake, and give me a slight ribbing for not having my helmet (which was waiting outside in my friends car). That really showed me that this isnt just a job to him, but something he cares about, through and through.Long story short, I feel very confident in the work I had done, the brakes feel great, and I will continue to use TrophyMoto for the motorcycle work I need done professionally for the rest of my time in the area.

Re previous review by Redd Gardner - oh yeah, I remember him. Touring Sport did lots of tire replacements. The old, used tires would be thrown on a pile behind the shop, waiting to be recycled. Without Touring Sport’s permission, Redd would browse thru the pile of old tires and take any that interested him. I have no idea what he did with these old tires that Touring Sport deemed to be “junque”.On a more recent note - I decided it was time to sell my 1969 BMW R60US. Troy and Barry got it into top running shape, then found a buyer (a Greenville native) to buy it. He’s delighted with it, and I’m delighted with the sales price. Way to go, TrophyMoto! Outstanding service!

These guys are professional mechanics. They do a professional job. Got my bike back in one week and it has never run better. I have a 1999 BMW R 1100 r. Troy McAfee at trophy Moto was the person who did the PDIon the bike at touring sport when it was brand new. The other mechanic there has his name in the service manual of my bike a couple of times also as having done service work on it when I used to take it to touring sport. I will only use trophy Moto in the future.

Redd, the reason Fast Frank, Troy, Fred, Barry, Joey, Matt, Andre etc are no longer at Touring Sport is because they are riders & motorcycle guys. The owner is a businessman with no interest in motorcycles beyond the $$$ he can get off someone. He has no need of knowledgeable or experienced motorcyclists, which all of those guys happen to be.You are really doing the riding public a disservice when you tell people to avoid Trophy Moto.Trophy Moto has serviced both my airheads, with a major rebuild of my R90S and it is one of the sweetest running airheads I have ever been on.Trophy Moto is a great resource for those who value competent, insightful moto-knowledge.I vote with my dollars.

The owner of this shop used to work as a mechanic for the BMW shop Touring Sport. .They got rid of all the people in their Service Department . No wonder, the owner of Trophy Moto has some kind of attitude .I would not bring my moped let alone my Ducati or BMW or ANYTHING for these mechanics to work on -Take your bikes to Boxerworks in Watkinsville Ga for HONEST good work !
