These people have always bent over backwards to help me out. They’ve spent lengthy amounts of time teaching me about gear, helping me select a helmet, discuss tires, and all kinds of other gear. Last night I got off work late and they held the store open for 10 minutes just so that I could get there. I have nothing but the best to say about this store. Very helpful people, outstanding service, and great gear. I highly recommend this store.

If they dont have what Im looking for, they are always seem to gladly look and see if they can order for me. I feel like Norm from Cheers when I walk in, because they seem to know my name. I feel more like family than I do a customer or a dollar sign. The Greenville, South Carolina store has always been my go to place and will continue to be where I go, they make it worth the hour and a half drive I have to make to get to them.

My experience at this store was awesome. PatrickNot only helped me locate a good mechanic but also gave me some great advice on a Bluetooth device for my helmet. He also took his time and installed it for me and showed me how to do it in the process. Patrick had extensive knowledge of motorcycles and products. Went yesterday (Sunday) to buy my first helmet and spoke with the guy working (I can’t remember/didn’t catch his name) but he definitely deserves some recognition! He was so knowledgeable and informative about blue tooth helmets and removable blue tooth, helping me figure out what size helmet I need and how it should fit. He was all a round very helpful and nice. Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. I will definitely be coming back for all my motorcycle gear. Thanks dude!

Cycle gear is the best place to get your riding gear from. As soon as you walk through the doors the employees are welcoming you and assisting you. If you are trying to find any riding gear cycle gear is the best place to go.they have an app that show you where every riding trail is very cool app. I would recommend go to cycle gear.

These guys are awesome! To me the most important thing I look for when shopping for kinda expensive stuff is customer service. Im new to riding and me to buying gear and they helped me out a lot. I needed a new helmet cause mine had broke. I had it since 1983. The people there was friendly and didnt mind helping me. It took a while cause I needed at least a double x, we finally found one and I love the helmet. My old one was a triple x, but this one is built better than my old one. I have a inner tinted shield, dont need my sunglasses no more. Thank you cycle gear.

Many props to Chance for holding the store down seemingly single-handedly!! They are short on employees at this time, and I spent quite a bit of time in there two days in a row. As busy as she was as the sole employee there in the middle of the day on a weekday, with multiple customers, she never appeared overwhelmed or frustrated, nor made excuses for the length of time before she could get to anybody. On top of that, she remembers your name the next time you come through the door, and is a pleasure to chat with when she does get a moment to breathe. Thank you, Chance!

Why is this company still in business. All their products are junk. I bought a gas can from them and the o-rings went bad on it and a matter of months and they would not swap it out or return it. Theyre 100% satisfaction guarantee is a lie.

I saw on the Cycle Gear website that they carried the item that I wanted but as I live 45 minutes away I called my local store to see if they had it in stock. I have shopped here several times but tonight was exceptional! John was THE most helpful person we have ever dealt with at any cycle gear or any other motorcycle shop. He took the time to help my wife and I pick out a new helmet, jackets and undergarments for summer riding. He spent as much time as we needed and was a subject matter expert in the areas we needed assistance with. A true credit to this store!!

Very small selection of womens gear. Mostly just small sizes. Female employee there was very nice and measured me to help me find gear online. Good selection for men. Pricey on some items.

We love cycle gear. They have great prices on there gear. I got a leather riding coat for 70$ it was 300.00. They run awesome sales. I think this is one of my husbands favorite stores.😄

My son purchased a BILT Techno 2.0 Evolution with an extended warranty. One of his speakers is significantly louder than the other. He dropped the helmet off for repairs. Per the young lady on the phone today, she called him a week and half ago to let him know that his helmet was ready. My son works 3rd shift, so he told her he would be there as soon as he could. On 10.12.19, I stopped by to pick the helmet up; as his work schedule had not allowed him to do so. I found the helmet sitting on the counter by the registers. I did not have to provide any ID.. NOTHING. Walked out of the store. The speakers still do not work properly. My husband and son called the store today 10.13.19 to speak with someone about our concerns. The young lady was short and told us that she called a week and half ago. I asked her if the helmet had been sitting out there since she called. She back peddled all around that question. In addition, she said she would have to call corp to see about the speakers because she has had them say that this concern will not covered under the warranty. Sounds like a pre-existing problem or someone who did not do her job properly the first time... a week and half ago. My husband and son will be calling back again tomorrow to speak with Chance. Hopefully, the customer service will have improved over night.Yesterday, we spoke with Corp. We spoke with Katrina and she was able to share our concern with the regional manage. As of today, we were able to speak with the regional manager: Anthony. Anthony listed to our concerns and moved to solution. It is evident he prides himself in customer service. A simple blue tooth fix... was made into something so much more than it needed to be.

I had to mortgage my own home after realizing how much I had spent here.

Bought a new helmet with the Sena set up and brought another helmet with me to get them all paired up and working. Staff (Kylee) spent alot of time with me as well as on the phone with Sena working out a few bugs between the helmets. Awesome customer service!

Good place to browse. Not sold on their house brands of Bilt and Sedici - stuff seems of low quality. Miss the days when Cycle Gear carried quality name brands instead of Chinese house brands

We were in this location yesterday and from the moment we walked in to the time we left the store, NO ONE even greeted us, asked us if we needed help, basically never even acknowledged our presence in the store. From what we saw, not a ton of high end merchandise, and the boots they sell are not leather, they are vinyl, a huge no for me for bike boots. Very over-priced on what they do have. Nevertheless, because we were heading out of town to another state where helmets are required by law, our intention was to buy 2 helmets and a few more things from them while there, but we ended up buying from store a couple miles away because we werent even acknowledged. Service is horrible here.. Way to go fellas, you lost a sizeable sale.
