Excellent work! I brought my truck in to have a custom cat-back exhaust put on. Didnt know exactly what I needed but told Carlos how I wanted my truck to sound, nothing obnoxious but more of a performance tone. I told him that I wanted black exhaust tips to match everything else on the truck and he ordered them for me right then so they would be in as quick as possible. He knew exactly what type of muffler I needed to get the sound I want and set it up as a true dual exhaust (like it should have been from the factory). Love the sound of my truck now, nice tone at start up, I can hear it when I accelerate hard but minimal drone at cruising. I couldnt be happier with it. Amazing service, amazing price, and quality work. Dont hesitate to see Carlos for anything exhaust related.

Phenomenal work here! In short, they took an older exhaust and fixed all of the issues I had with it that other shops claimed couldnt be fixed. If you want the long review, continue reading.Other local exhaust shops claimed that nothing could be done. I wont mention the names of these exhaust shops but they shouldnt matter. I had performance oriented shops and muffler shops work on this car, and none of them could get it right. I told him about it, and he wanted to have a look. Once under the car, he immediately noticed PLENTY of stuff he could do to improve the current exhaust setup and provide more clearance for a lowered car. After leaving the shop, the exhaust is PERFECT. Everything I could ever want from an exhaust job. I could not be more happy.His prices are incredibly fair. Remember, you are not paying for materials, you are paying for skill. He took a mangled, scraping, hanging, poorly fitting exhaust, and fine tuned the fitment to get it right on par with what I would expect from a phenomenal exhaust shop - which he is the only one that has provided this great work. I recommend him for anyone in Greenville looking for serious exhaust work.Also, some people said he is rude. He was nothing but nice to me, but dont act like you know more than he does. He is an expert. His prices are great, his work is excellent. While I was there, several people called asking for STUPID exhaust work. Stupid questions get stupid answers. If youre serious about exhaust, take your car to this guy.

Where to even start…Carlos is absolutely my go-to man for exhaust and the ONLY recommendation I give to friends who ask for an exhaust shop. He is without a doubt an expert and the quality of work and overall knowledge that he produces is second to none. Prices are extremely fair and reasonable. I brought him my vehicle after I had another shop weld on a new muffler. I wasn’t happy with the quality of work I got from the other shop, and after these issues I declined to bring it back to them for a fix. Owner stated he couldnt give a estimate price for installing a OEM direct fit catalytic converter. This is 8 bolts connection. With no welding involved. He stated probably $500 -$600 for the job. With 4 - 6 hours labor cost. Stop at this shop because it did not have Customers waiting to get work done. Other mufflers shop in the area give a estimated price amount of $125 -$200. They quoted about 1 hour labor for the entire job. So it appears that he didnt want the job.and extremy overpriced it. This is Extremely poor customer service. And customer service is about pleasing your PAYING Customers. Unfortunately this Owner See the Color of your Skin. And not your Cash money. Website will not allow a 0 star rating. So forced to give 1 star. I went to Chocowinty Muffler Shop after this. And they installed the direct fit catalytic converter in less than 1 1/2 hours. Total cost with tax $180. They did a Excellent job. No run around, or double talk. Just Fair and Honest work and Prices . Highly Recommend Chocowinty Muffler Shop on Highway 33. Next to Food Pride grocery store.

I was referred here by co workers that had headers placed on their vehicles by the owner. So Im thinking, hey,he has to be legit if so many of my co workers say he does top notch work. I decided to call the owner, he says he does headers and he(owner) needs to see the engine to give me a price. When I finally went up there the owner without even looking at the engine told me he doesnt do header work, it takes too much time, and its expensive. My thing is if he didnt want to do the work shouldve just said so over the phone from the beginning without me coming up there.

I didnt catch the owners name, but I see through other reviews that his name is Carlos. With that being said, I have really enjoyed working with Carlos on my 2012 Sonic.I wanted to get some custom piping with a nicer looking tip added to the car, and Carlos was ready to help with the parts already in stock. I called ahead and we scheduled a time to drop the car off. When I dropped the car off I mentioned possibly wanting to increase piping diameter as well. He was unsure of space constraints, but promised to look when the car was on the lift and give me a call with possibilities and pricing. Within a half hour he called, and we agreed on a price and the work to be completed.The work was done before I returned to pick the car up, and I am very satisfied with the results. I think for the money his service and work quality cant be beat. I dropped in about a month after the original service for an adjustment, and he was happy to do it while I waited. He did such a good job, I dont think Ill ever need him to work on this particular car again, but Ill bring future cars and friends to him every chance I get.A final thing I want to mention. Some shops can be intimidating for the a non-enthusiast car owner. I have a good understanding about cars, but Carlos still went above and beyond to explain everything to me before he did it. If I were bringing a car in for repair and wasnt familiar with automotive parts, I would feel very at ease with him and the quality of his work. I dont think he is the type to oversell parts or labor, as you see happen in some shops.

My tailpipe had fallen off of my 07 Fj Cruiser, I could not know anything less about cars, but Carlos explained everything to me so I could understand. Brought in my 2006 supercharged chevy cobalt ss with an obnoxiously loud exhaust leak. Carlos looked at it and confirmed right away that it was the flex pipe and gave me an unbeatable price. Other shops were telling me it needed a flex pipe and new catalytic converter. He definitely saved me alot of money. Only took him a couple of hours to complete the job. I am now happy with the way the car sounds as all I hear now is the supercharger whine. Recommend 5/5. Will be back with my lifted 2012 chevy silverado!

Went there today and had an annoying deep rumble when I started and ran my 2007 Ford Explorer. He initially told me he had to put it on the lift to tell what the problem was. He started it up and knew from experience that it was flange problem and that I would not need a new muffler. I got out for way less that I was prepared to pay. Went to another muffler shop in Greenville, NC where the employees were very rude and little help. Called Carlos and asked a few questions. From the minute I pulled up to the shop I knew I had came to the right place when the owner (Carlos) stopped what he was doing to come greet me and take a look at my vehicle. He then carfully listened as I explained what I would like done and how I would like my vehicle to sound. He went over the best available options and then offered several helpful pointers to help save me money without sacrificing the image I had worked to gain on my 2014 Tundra. He ordered everything immediately and had the vehicle completed the following week, and he willingly worked around my schedule to make it happen! I cannot say enough about the pride that he puts into his work. I am very OCD and the mufflers not only fall perfectly in line the with the bumper but are leveled with the precision only done by a highly experienced technician. When I found out he does his own custom pipe bends and fitting I was floored, none of the other shops want to put that level of quality into their work.
