I placed the order on May 30th in the store with a representative who told me that my order will be delivered within three business days here we are almost two weeks later and I still have not received any tracking information no update on the website and the store representative named Trina was very disrespectful to me over the phone and hung the phone up twice when I call to inquire about my order. I will never order anything from Office Depot again in my entire life.

Its just sad because how does it take a whole week to just print out some paper and cut it?🙄

I was looking for a specific item; I received superior customer care service. The sales associate escorted me to the check out counter, and he had to confirm the plu number. While he was away, another sales associate came to the counter to assist me and she started telling me about the sale items. Both sales associates possess excellent customer care skills. Also, before that experience, a gentleman offered his assistance in helping me find other sale items. All three were great.

What can I say no ones ever there to help you when you need it. Never have never will they change employees like I change clothes. They dont even care. So when this store closes up like everything else in this quarter horse town good deal. And management, well for the most part they couldnt give a rats ass as well. Guess Ill order it from another company online.

MANAGEMENT DISCRETION: during a visit with a family member, we made a stop here to browse for some items she needed. She was looking for and found a reasonably priced office high back chair with the assistance of the store manager. She explained what she needed and why and he went to work (unknown to us) in his office looking for something that could meet her needs at a reasonable price. While back there, as is typical of me, I snooped around and looked at the back area layout and storage. One item of interest stood out among several thing: their compactor, which is used to compressed used corrugated boxes to form bale units as part of their recycling program. Responsible use and repurposing of materials is a key strategy in preserving our resources. The store had a very engaged and helpful staff. It is conveniently located along the main highway - US 1 where a majority of businesses and restaurants can be found. It has a good parking lot structure with plenty of disabled parking spaces.

No selection. The lady working there didnt even know what RAM for a computer was or how to spell it....5he best thing about this store were the various birds flying around inside. Real bird, inside the store....

Friendly service and great salespeoplewho are readily available to assist customers. They greet me when I enter the store and know me by name......I just love that store 😀😀😀

Prices are not always competitive. Tablet section is always in disarray and poorly stocked. Good paper selection. Good selection of printers and inks.

Very clean, aisles were clear, helpful staff, and extremely organized. My only problem is that I wish there were more employees to help a customer as they look for specific items

They dont have enough help in the store, you have to wait a long time to be waited on.

Well after I waited for someone to help me, the store didnt have the products I needed, and theses are products the store should have. Ethernet adapters should be stocked, and I am quite disappointed..
