Sitting in parking lot of Capel rugs now so disappointed with the customer service. Not a single person came up to us to offer help. I was looking for 2 rugs to go in my Carolina room and had fabric swatches in hand. I did ask one young man to help me find indoor/outdoor rugs. He showed me a section and walked away. Not happy with customer service at all. Bad bad bad service or should I say no service.
