Update:I was able to receive a refund on the shoes, I purchased at the Greenville Store of the Good Feet Store. I am thankful they were able to help me. The staff at the Greenville store were very understanding and kind to me.Thank you!I purchased my tennis shoes and the 3 step process from the Good Feet Store in Greenville SC on October 9, 2021. I went back on October 16, 2021 to ask for a refund. The salesman gave me some pointers & I have been doing them, but to no avail I cannot wear the plastic shoe arch supports. I have had type 1 diabetes for 49 years and these are bothering me so much, I cannot walk in them. Please help me get a refund. Many thanks!

On advice from my doctor I made an appointment at The Good Feet store. I was greeted right away by my consultant and given a full explanation of how the program, if followed, will help my walking, back, and posture issues. After taking prints of my feet I was fitted with 3 pair of arch supports and a schedule for wearing them. So far so good. Im having positive results The only downside would be the price tag; very expensive. I do realize that many times a quality investment yields quality results. For now Im pleased, but the jury is still out on the long term outcome.

I was in pain and a customer of mine said that I should go to the Good Feet Store. He did say they are a bit pricey but there was not one hint that the total was going to be $1400.00 for 6 pieces of plastic and 6 foam pads. The first red flag was 98% of people with Plantar Fasciitis get relief form us, I should have asked for the data to back that up. Second red flag was she was writing down some measurements for each of my two feet on the ink impressions and I pointed out that she was writing down my right measurements on the left foot imprint. She said It doesnt matter Third flag was they send all paperwork home with you. They act as if they are giving medical advise but have no desire to keep any copies of your foot impressions. She kept trying to get me to say that I instantly felt better but I didnt. I feel that they should do a better job of letting you know the cost upfront and give some sort of remedy for when it doesnt workout. I have been stretching my foot before getting out of bed and that has produced more relief than the inserts that after six weeks I have given up on.

A complete rip-off. The fitter told me the insoles would be $1200, (much more than custom orthotics) were non-returnable, and that I had to sign a waiver. Even the shoes were not returnable or exchangeable. What reputable store forces you to keep shoes after only 10-20 minutes of wearing them? I should have immediately walked out of the store. Unfortunately I did not. The insoles, which are basically one size fits most, made my feet worse, not better. My physician told me to stop wearing them. My wife, a physical therapist told me I got scammed. Now I am left with 6 useless pieces of lifetime guaranteed plastic. Maybe I can sell them on eBay for a couple hundred dollars and cut my loss. Stay away, get custom orthotics, you will be much happier...I will guarantee that and not require a waiver.

I was a walk in, expecting to find an array of arches for sale. My husband and I were immediately greeted, and directed to a sitting area, where we were greeted by a sales associate. The associate was nice and very knowledgeable about their product. The presentation was informative, but lengthy.

I have walked in pain for probably 3 and 1/2 decades. After 7 failed surgeries, I went to a new orthopedic surgeon only to be told anything they did would be salvage surgery (which is not encouraging at all). About 5 years later (last week), I walked into the good feet store in exhausting pain. They fit me with orthotics especially for my feet. I walked out in no pain! Wish I had skipped the surgeries and gone straight to them!

What a relief!! From the time Id worn the 3 different arch supports the appropriate lengths of time about 2 days, I could tell a world of difference in how my feet felt--not just the arches but totally my feet. When I went into the store, both of my feet were hurting--sitting, standing, walking, whatever. Within 2 days I was experiencing no pain! Now I simply decide how much support Ill need during a day, depending on how much walking Ill be doing what kinds of activities Ill be involved in. In am very pleased with my purchase.

I went to the Good Feet Store for information on the arch support system. It was not only educational, but simply a great experience. My customer experience was great.

I came in the store a few months ago and Karen is the sales rep that helped me. I knew nothing about the store but had developed planters fasciitis over the past year and was in considerable constant foot pain.She did a foot analysis on my feet and introduced me to the 3 step solution. I strictly followed the schedule because I was tired of all of that pain, I didn’t care what I had to do I just wanted to be like I use to be.I still wear the supports and am incorporating reflexology as well. The fasciitis is almost gone. Two more reflexology appointments and it should be gone. I highly recommend the good feet store and Karen was awesome!

Well where do I start. The salesman was very pushy loud and did not know how to use the foot measuring device. Said I was a 10 d and I know Im a 9 1/2 e then he got my wifes size wrong alot. After all that time we spent in your store we got NOTHING and will not come back. Belligerent was to word I was looking for.

Like anyone else, I went into the store with feet that hurt. I would recommend anyone go in and have them tell you whatever it is they’re going to tell you. You can get some really great information on how to care for your feet to get through life. I hate to say whether or not you buy something but the shoes that I put on immediately took away my pain. I am in my 60s and have probably had a lifetime of shoes that didn’t really fit me. Now I have pain and Karen knew exactly how to fix that. I highly recommend this store!

Total rip off. $1700 for three pair of shoes are you fricking kidding me.

I shouldve looked at review before I scheduled an appointment... One they dont tell you how much they cost I seen 399$ and was like OK cool my insurance will cover some of this so it wont be bad. Wrong they do no accept insurance. They accept fsa cards or cash money for rhe price its not worth it. Waited to show me the total behind the checkout screen when we were done with the appointment. Idc about these 5 star reviews and you shouldnt either. No way a company can try to charge you 1400$ or more for insoles. Idc how good you think they are there is other solutions. I was Completely shocked when he showed me the total and I made it obvious to save the other people money that were there. Its 400$ per insole not for the set then they try to act like they are giving you a deal by adding 3 sets of padding for an extra 90$. Save your money buy better shoes insoles for plantar fascilitis and compression socks as well as the r.i.c.e. Program. In the end you save a ton and it will help. Id rather limp then let them rob me of my hard earned money. Id advise sketchers or new balance ibuprofen some different insoles for 25$-60$. Youll thank me. This place is straight robbery

Very expensive, they did not help my foot. At the time, I was wearing a special boot on my right foot. So, I really dont know if it was helping or not.

I am astounded! After 6 years of painful walking due to a callus w/a corn on the ball of my foot from the bones not healing properly after bunion surgery, three podiatrists telling me there was nothing I could do and spending an untold amount of money on cheap & expensive orthotics I am finding relief. After only 30 days of the three step process I am: walking correctly; the pain has reduced by 75% and my foot is increasing in strength daily. My doctor tells me I may have been able to avoid the two knee replacements Ive had in the last 14 months had I gone to the Good Feet Store years ago. Yes, its pretty expensive but (as in my case) if nothing else has worked - Id pay twice as much to have the relief I am now seeing & the prospect of being able to stand & walk correctly again. Very expensive, over $1300.00, made my arches hurt much more, was a try, They seem to try, but happy with sales assoc., not with product. Way over rated in my opinion

If you have any chronic foot pain, this is the store you need to come to! Ive been dealing with inflamed neuromas in my foot for months and after using the inserts Im walking around normally without pain. It was a nice plus finding out that I can use my HSA OR FSA account for them. Thank you Heather for working we with and getting me out of pain!

I went into the greenville sc store a week ago. The sales person was very pleasant and happy. I have bad pain in my feet from working on concrete floors all day. No price was mentioned until she rang everything up. $1398.00 was very expensive for inserts but I thought I would try them. I followed the instructions given to me. By my 5th day of wearing them it hurt so much that I missed a day of work. I was not happy with the product. The sales person was pleasant to work with.

The price is to expensive for what you get.I was hoping for better results.

They are not worth the the money and do not work feet heart wors now then befoe would not recomend tbem go to a foot doctor first

I went to the Good Feet Store expecting a high price for the technology that I assumed they were using. They took an ink impression of my feet. I did not see the technology used to determine the solution for my foot pain.I asked initially what the cost would be. They gave a very vague answer but finally said $200-$400 after I insisted. When they rang it up I was presented with a $1400 bill. Then they took away a third of the supports and maintenance plan for almost $1000.At that point too many red flags to make a purchase of this size. I then started reading reviews and learned that they wont refund your money under any circumstances.I since found several online custom orthotics with a 120 day guarantee.

Diana is the specialist that helped me. She is kind and patient and asked all the right questions. She explained every step of the way and made sure I understood what was going on. She is a great sales person. I am anxious to see if these very expensive arch supports will fix my painful feet.

If you have real feet problems DONT go there, it will only cost you good money and results are not there, your feet will still hurt.Was given a refund for store use, BUT what good is that when they really have nothing to buy, do sell some ugly shoes and socks. So getting my money back was still a complete LOSE. Dont go there is you want your feet to feel better.

My experience with Good Feet was great. The promptness of the employees to make sure youre waited on if you were a walk in or had an appointment. I had an appointment and was a little early, they acknowledged me and let me know that they would be with me shortly. They Employee that worked with me was real sweet and kind and Very professional.

I was having difficulties standing & walking around for long periods of time. My feet would start throbbing and aching. I would be driving & my right foot would cramp in unbearable pain, but after my consultation @ The Good Feet store, I’m walking pain free. Thanks to the helpful people there!!!!! After making my review my boyfriend and I went to the register and were blown away by the price. I thought it would be a few hundred dollars. I mean, they are “custom” orthotics. I was expecting to pay good money for them.Nothing prepared me for $1300.00.The service was excellent and the staff was very knowledgeable but the prices are prohibitively expensive. And they don’t discuss prices at all. They didn’t even tell us the total. They had us walk behind the counter to look at the price. I’m assuming that was for the benefit of other customers who were still in consultation.After sleeping on it, I decided the deceptiveness of the situation didn’t sit right with me and changed my rating from 5/5 to 2/5.

Difficulty in sticking with a schedule for changing arch supports...i.e. Christmas day I wore the training arches all day. Yesterday, it was the maintaining all day.....trying harder today!

I wasn’t expecting such a full-service experience, but this was incredibly thorough and I can’t wait to see the transformation in my foot pain after I start this system! I don’t even have to buy new shoes, I can enjoy all of my footwear with this new system. For those trying to find out, you won’t see a cost on the website or anywhere in the store, but the full system starts around $1,350. That’s right. I knew it would be more than over the counter insoles, but I was so ill-prepared for that number, and like the other poster said, I had to go around the counter to look at it on the computer screen. What’s the big secret for? I would’ve been much more ready to make a commitment if the cost of the system was more up front. Instead, I feel now like it was a waste of my time. I’m so disappointed, because I felt like the product was so promising. I’ll definitely keep it in mind, but this is a major expense that I’ll have to save up for, not just a casual “walk-in” scenario like they would have you think. An up-front consultation AND cost discussion would go a long way towards building trust with your consumers, Good Feet! Don’t be so mysterious! It feels like being duped more than being helped, unfortunately.

1st off, Im a 51 year old auto mechanic and Im on my feet 10-12 hours a day on concrete. And after 30+ years of this, its finally started to take its toll on my feet, knees, & back. I went into the store on Friday afternoon right after I left work while my feet were still on fire from standing most all day. My foot professional was Alexis and she was AWESOME!!!! She led my through a series of questions that I would never have thought would/could affect my feet and took the time to make sure that I clearly understood everything she was asking. After she got all my information and foot size, she then proceeded to walk me thru the 3-step system of custom insoles. She clearly explained what each set of insoles were designed to do and how to use them correctly. She then inserted the 1st set in my shoes and I started walking in them and I INSTANTLY felt relief!! After 3 1/2 years of excruciating pain of plantar fasciitis, I was finally able to walk without hurting! She asked how it felt and I couldnt hold back the emotions! I didnt exactly cry like a baby, but there were a few tears!In short, all I can say is if you are having any sort of foot, knee, or back pain, please go see Alexis and let this wonderful young lady help you before you go and possibly spend thousands at a Drs. office! Very friendly environment, the wait time was not long, the associate that helped me measured my feet did the empress of my feet got the insoles that would help me and made sure they was comfortable before I left the store my only surprise was the cost they never tell you the price, I have worn them to work 3 days and I work 10 till12 hrs days and my feet has not hurt me any more. I love my Good Feet experience .

We were not the prices of any items until the end when checking out. For my husband and I, the totals were going to be around $1500/person. We did not continue our purchase and left. Please be aware, you will be making a no refunds or returns or trial period purchase of an system of items (3 inserts and their cushions,etc), at $400/per insert.Very displeased. For that is as much of an investment as this is, pricing should be upfront and when sales associates (“fitters”) are asked, need to be upfront with cost instead of dance around it as what happened with us, and several others according to the BBB . We were there a total of two hours, wasted. Will not recommend or be back.

On 4/22 I purchased $1480.82 of products from The Good Feet store located in Greenville, Sc. Daystar was my customer service person. I have sciattia(sp) which results in a pain in my lower left leg when I walk. She went thru the selling process, during this process she wouldnt tell me what these lifts(3) would cost. I asked her if their products could fix the problem, she assured me that they would. Well, after replacing the lifts 4 times( in a period of 3 months). I asked for a refund today. After much discussion & showing them all of the returned lifts, shoes, insoles, etc. they credited me with a total of $1454.32. They said I didnt return 1 insole. DONT SHOP AT THIS STORE, THEYRE WAY OVER PRICED & THEIR PRODUCTS DONT WORK!!!!!!

I was very satisfied with the service that the young lady Day Star gave me at the store. She was very respectful and friendly. The arch support already feel great.

The associate who helped me was April, who was very good, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. I will be returning to the store in a couple of weeks for my first follow-up which is to make sure I’m doing well with the arch supports. I am still getting used to the supports, but after years of foot pain I know it will take a little time, and perhaps an adjustment or two, for my feet to get accustomed to something new. I have also recently received a follow-up phone call by Devron, the store manager, to see how I was doing.

I had bilateral bunionectomy‘s in 2006. When I woke up from surgery I had severe foot pain which never really went away it just reduced from severe to constantly moderate to severe. I also developed neuropathy from the surgery. Over the years I have tried so many things including a podiatrist twice for custom insoles. They helped some, but not worth the money I had to pay for them. This year my husband took me to The Good Feet Store for my birthday. What a blessing that was. Jackie worked with me for nearly an hour and a half to get a complete history about anything that might be structurally wrong with me to help her make a decision as to the right supports for me. When we left the store I was wearing the supports for Play. I didn’t get home for at least 4 hours, and then changed into the relaxers. By the end of the day I not only felt less foot pain which I had not experienced since before my surgery, but my neuropathy was reduced by at least 25%. I also felt stronger in my gait and stance. I can’t wait to go back for my 30 day check up and see the improvement these supports make. I am quite the skeptic since I used so many different things to try to relieve my foot pain to no avail until now. I am a therapist and I am on my feet 6-7 hours a day with very little sitting involved. I cannot wait to go to work tomorrow and wear my strengtheners in my shoes, building my time up each day until I can wear them all day. I am telling you if you ever had sever foot pain and not able to do anything that requires you to be on your feet all day without extreme pain this is the place to go. I never would’ve believed it had I not experienced it.

Drove an hour to the store on Woodruff Rd. Only to be told we need an appointment. They had one open in 4 hours. Even with 2 employees working and only 1 customer in the store. The website states No appointment needed, just stop in. Not good business practices!

The ladies there were nice and friendly. But the dint tell me I couldnt return and item after I purchased even if I dint use it. I am upset about that if I knew that ahead of time I would have bought one $400 orthotic.tryed it out and if it helped I would of considered getting the others. Now I feel cheated. I spent over $1000. they could have said something specially since they know most people are on a tight budget due to covid 19. All I want is to return one pair of orthotics for a refund.

Clean and neat store, young lady that waited on me was helpful and seemed to be knowledgable about the product. I did decide to purchase 2 of the 3 recommended products. I am satisfied with the product after 1 week. Foot pain is less and I expect after longer use it will get even better. My only negative about this product is the excessive price for a off the shelf product. If the price were more reasonable Im sure they would sell more. Would be nice to have multiple supports so you dont have to switch each time you change shoes, but not practical at the excessive cost.

My wife took me to The Good Feet Store as a last resort to my lower back and knee pain issues. I had tried every thing through out the years with little if any success. It has been 6 days now and I can honestly say my pain is quite noticably reduced. Jackie was my saleslady and she did a great job. You made a skeptic a believer.

My wife has arthritis & little cartilage in her ankles. We got her evaluated, fitted for arches and she felt instant relief. We have been to a podiatrist, pain specialist, and orthopedic sport’s physician with very little relief. Good Feet has been helping tremendously.

Jackie was so very helpful. I didn’t know what to expect when I went in but she helped me understand what I needed to get less pain at the end of the day. Would recommend this to anyone who likes hiking or has any body pain.
