They give their utmost to accommodate the customer in any way needed to get a package mailed or buy a unique, quality gift. Posting for a friend of mine who was there today and had a worker be completely rude to her for something that wasnt even her fault. The cashier used my friends old number to try and contact her (theyve had her updated info for a while) about a couple of packages she had mailed out that needed some confirmation. So, instead of walking up to my friend and politely asking to speak with her, the cashier yelled out her name across the store and was saying how it was my friends fault that she hadnt answered her phone at all when she tried to call (remember, wrong number), and that she needed to pick up the phone next time she tried to call/text her. My friend told her that if she had contacted the right number she wouldve been able to reach her, and the lady basically ended up saying she was making her job difficult. Now, I have worked customer service jobs before. Most of them have been waitressing, minus a couple. I know how difficult it can be to work with customers sometimes. But I also know that mistakes are made, and if youre going to make a little mistake like not calling the right phone number, at least dont be so much of a coward that you wont own up to your mistake and simply apologize instead of making such a big deal out of it. That rude attitude reflects on you as a person and the business youre working for, and its disgusting when people act like a complete fool simply to make someone else look bad. Smh

I’ve been going here for years and the owner is extremely nice and knowledgeable. However, one person she hired is questionable. I went in today to mail some packages out and there is a short bigger lady with mousy brown hair acting very unprofessional. She was yelling out a customer’s name throughout the store and talking about her personal mailing while the young girl was talking to another female representative. I’ve had this same mousy brown haired 50 some year old woman before and she is beyond disrespectful and rude. I’ve been here before and had questions about mailing packages to my grandson who is on a deployment and she kept huffing and puffing at me when I asked to explore pricing options. Blatantly rude and disrespectful. I don’t know why anyone would hire someone with such a terrible trailer trash attitude to represent their precious company.

So friendly, soo helpful, and sooo efficient. I absolutely loved the staff and the store itself is clean and quaint. Again, the staff is sooo friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Cant thank them enough for the help they provided and the convenience of having everything i needed in a one stop shop. Which in my case was print, fax, and notary all in the same visit.

Y’all! All I can say is amazing. This was my first time shipping, this was no easy package. 36x48 inch painting. Greenville UPS told me they wouldn’t even package it for me, and also quoted me over 300$, I was so overwhelmed, Greenville Fedex quoted me at 250$. That was still way over budget as I didn’t know it would be this difficult. I called Postal Annex and Miss Robin was confident, and extremely helpful. She comforted me and said she’d try her best to knock that price down and also get my custom painting to its destination safely. I made it out at a sweet 130, way below what the other shipping places. I am so extremely grateful for her and the other workers at Postal Annex! Thank you all so much. 10000/10 recommend.

Ive shipped with PostalAnnex twice now, and both times the staff were courteous, informative, and overall extremely helpful. They were able to cut and resize my box in order to get me a cheaper shipping rate, something I wasnt expecting at all. By shipping with USPS, UPS, and FEDEX, PostalAnnex is able to compare shipping rates so you get the best deal every time. They can also receive packages for you!I will certainly be doing business with this company again. Highly recommended!

Everyone who works here is SO nice and helpful. I ended up coming in 2 days in a row to get last minute Christmas gifts and both people who received said gifts are in love. I think its so amazing how many local artists they have tables set up for in here. The selection is fantastic. Owner was a witch. Wanted to charge me $11.00 for a package that would ship via the post office for $4.00. I apologized for misunderstanding and the owner told me she was not the post office. Very rude and I will tell everyone I know not to use them.

Inexperienced and unknowledgeable notaries.I went to Postal Annex to get a document notarized. I showed the clerk my ID and gave her my document. She refused to notarize it because she said I didnt sign it in front of her. While that is ideal it is not an absolute rule if the person who has signed is in your presence and has presented a valid ID and stated that it is heir signature. I know this to be true because I am also a North Carolina notary and have attached the statute to prove it.She didnt offer to make another copy or reprint my document or assist in any other way.Beyond the clerk being difficult expect high prices and to be greeted with a phony smile. Just go to the UPS store if you have an urgent matter and dont have time for games and inexperienced notaries.
