Absolutely amazing customer service! Dave spent time with me to figure out the colour that I wanted, helped me understand everything by going above and beyond just answering my questions and showing me the process. Joe also was there to help provide a friendly wholesome welcome and help answer questions. Both made it a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend this Sherwin-Williams and appreciate their work!

This place has gone completely downhill since the new manager arrived. Ive been using this store for over 4 years and have never had any issues. In the past 6 months I cant even count the amount of times they have struggled with the simplest of task.Ill be switching to Midway in Greer.

My paint came out better than expected. Knowledgeable people and very helpful

The paint reps mixed a color for me and it didnt match, they assured me it would. They didnt want to remix the paint for me telling me its not possible. They just didnt want to fix the situation and no a refund was offered.
