The problem with my system was intermittent. They were prompt, but when they arrived and the unit appeared to be functioning, they did nothing but turn it on and off and remark that it was functioning correctly. They didnt even remove the cover panel. Subsequent inspections by professionals easily revealed issues with the unit.My request for a refund was unheeded.

When our heat went out ProGas showed up promptly. Completed everything set out to do and kept our family safe and warm.
