I dropped off my Mercedes on June 18, 2018 to have its windshield replaced. I picked up the car later that day and everything seemed to appear in order. Over the next couple of months, I noticed some growing water stains on the headliner/A pillar (see attached photos). I had the windshield replaced again (different place this time) and was shown that R & R had previously secured the then new windshield to my vehicle by applying new adhesive on top of the old adhesive. I was also informed that this is the wrong technique as it does not allow for proper bonding between the windshield and the vehicle. The improper installation and poor attachment of the windshield led to leakage and the subsequent stain on my headliner/A pillar. While I was very satisfied with your customer service and friendly staff, I am disappointed about the shortcut that was taken in the replacement of my windshield and cannot recommend this business.

5 stars. Quick, friendly service, car was done only hours later. If the windshield wasnt the only clean part of the car, I wouldnt have been able to tell it was replaced. They were very accommodating, received dealer supplied glass with no issue, and the prices are fair. Will definitely be recommending R&R to everyone that needs glass replaced. I wish more shops were run as expertly.

I had a bad first experience with Safelite where I had to wait for nearly 3 weeks to get my rear passenger window fixed. They eventually told me that my part was discontinued and that they would need to hunt for a second hand replacement.I then decided to try another place and started to ask around.
