Went in for a car-lighter plug adapter, and they had one. Would have preferred a cheaper model, but they did at least have one, and Im sure it will be useful in the future.

The website said it was open when I checked at 8:15am. When I arrived at 8:30 they said the store doesnt open until 9:00. They need to update store hours. Other than that excellent service. They helped me install a back light on my truck. It took about 15 minutes...No extra charge!

Staff is kinda lazy, and not very intelligent

Went over to Store #5095 to purchase windshield wipers. Christine, an employee, went out of her way to pull the old ones off. They were pretty much rusted on. She installed the new ones, no problem. Big compliment to Christine!

I had two headlights out and thought it was a fuse. Mark checked not just that fuse but all the fuses and fixed my headlights that had somehow come loose. Awesome service.

I do business with this store all the time. The manager there is excellent and so isnt his Sales and Service team. I recommend this store and the Queensbury store for all your Auto Parts needs

Very good customer service. Theyre more concerned of saving me money then making money. I wasnt sure about some things and instead of making me look stupid the guy was helpful and understanding.
