I have had a wonderful experience working with Kara at Naturepedic in Greenwich, CT. She has been extremely informative and has offered fantastic customer service. I am in the process of buying a new Naturepedic bed and look forward to many great nights of sleep on it. I feel strongly about getting a non-toxic, environmentally friendly bed and this bed definitely has met my requirements for purchasing a bed that will promote my health and wellness for years to come.

Very nice and personal experience. It all started with a very nice home looking show room. We have an appointment and were the only people in the shop. Our sales person was very nice, gave us protective blankets to put on the beds before we lay down on them. She guided us through the room and showed us different mattresses with different firmness. Overall experience was excellent and we enjoyed it a lot. We felt cozy and secure. It was a pleasure to buy their products at the end.

Kara was incredibly helpful and offered a wonderful customer experience! We were able to experience the mattresses safely and then find the perfect mattress for us. We can’t wait until it arrives.

Paulina was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had been trying to decide between the Naturepedic EOS Classic and the Halcyon Azure mattress for my adjustable bed. I was pretty sure I wanted a Naturepedic mattress, but I needed help to decide which one. I wanted microcoils instead of latex, and wanted a mattress as low profile as possible without sacrificing a soft plush feel. Paulina to the recue! I ending up purchasing the Halcyon Azure, for a plush feel, low profile, and excellent stability for my adjustable base. I love that Naturepedic is organic and non-toxic. We haven’t put our bed together, so cannot say how comfortable it sleeps yet.However I did hours of research to come to our decision to choose Naturepedic. Such an informative article.I wanted an organic yet affordable option and Naturepedic had all the certifications plus a very rare sale on all their mattresses including the totally customized EOS series which I needed because my husband and I have very different sleep requirements. Can’t wait to put it together!

The sales people, particularly Courtney, could not have been more helpful throughout the process of selecting what we needed. Her knowledge and expertise of the product made choosing what we needed so much easier as compared to other places we had shopped! Courtney took her time with us and helped us find the right product at the right price. When we placed the order and Courtney was not available, Paulina was just as helpful and easily finalized our order. I could not recommend this store more!

Paulina showed us our options given what we were looking for. We decided what our choices would be (Queen EOS with plush coils and medium latex on both sides), and my husband bargained hard for a good price. She and her boss were willing to negotiate, and we made the purchase. It was delivered to our home in south Florida via FedEx 12 days later. We assembled it ourselves (follow the written instructions & the video--theyre helpful), and have been enjoying it for a week now. It took little getting used to. Very happy!!
