I am UTTERLY disappointed and upset with Graduation Source. I am a school admin. I manage our graduation event. I had a portal set up for my parents to order their gowns from. I had given a specific date a week AHEAD of our picture day for the gowns to be in my parents hands. The week of the event I was told my parents had not received their orders. I followed up to find out they were not shipped. GS shipped the orders the same day, but shipped them via GROUND, and not expedited. the delivery date for all of the orders was END OF DAY of the EVENT!!! I followed up with GS AGAIN. They told me they would ship the order to the school overnight. Come Picture day and no delivery. The night after the event I got a shipment notification for overnight delivery!Now my parents have gowns that are totally useless to them and the school has a box which is also totally useless.My parents tried to return their gowns but are being charged shipping! ANd I just got an email that they didnt even refund the money, but gave a store credit!!!!!WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM GRADUATION SOURCE EVER AGAIN. A store credit is no help to me or my parents. GIVE MY PARENTS THEIR FULL REFUND BACK AND PROVIDE THEM PREPAID SHIPPING LABELS! That is the least GRADUATION SOURCE can do after such a disgraceful service!

For standard items, no problem. For custom items, in this case, a standard product with custom printing, the service was horrific. The order was placed within the lead time, was on time midway through the lead time, then - suddenly, Silence. When I checked on it, I was told it was going to be late, and there was nothing anyone could do about it. The customer service rep even lied about the lead time and blamed me for the late shipment! Do NOT trust their lead times! or anything they tell you.

I was a graduate back in spring of 2020 and still have yet to receive ANYTHING. I have tried calling and sending emails only to be stuck on hold for over 45 minutes without anyone coming to the phone. I am very disappointed in their lack of service and am still waiting to receive my cap, gown and tassel.

Obviously there are other places to buy your graduation products, but Graduation Source is a great place. I have dealt with Graduation Source for a few years now. Everyone I have dealt with is friendly and really helpful. They are quick to answer any questions we may have and products are shipped promptly. If I have made a mistake somewhere they are quick to send out a replacement for me. I would diffidently refer Graduation Source for your Graduation products.

I have dealt with vendor for years spending thousands of dollars yearly.Their system is broken. Their customer serviceis horrible. The owner should fire everyone otherthen Ms. Cook who has her act together.

My daughter looked amazing walking in her gown ordered from here. The price was fantastic and the cap and gown arrived well ahead of the graduation date. I would definitely order from here again.

My product arrived late and now i no longer need my product because the day i needed my tassels has now passed. My item arrived 5 days later than what i was told upon ordering. I called customer service to attempt a refund on my shipping that i paid for my product to arrive on time. they told me that it was the shipping companies fault . i paid Graduation Source, they took my money and now they want nothing to do with making it right to the customer. Never will i recommend this company to anyone. very poor customer service. it also took me 3 attempts of being on hold for 20 plus minutes each time to even speak with someone.

The hood turned out to be great! It’s a better quality than I had expected so I was pleased when it arrived. Good material and workmanship

Ordered a custom gown with embroidery for my brothers graduation ceremony and everything was perfect! Very pleasant company to deal with. Cant wait to see my brother graduate. Absolutely amazing!!! It was super easy to send the gown in, have the work done and ready for graduation.

They were very quick in getting our order shipped. I loved how they send an invoice in the beginning of the year to help speed up the process and make our graduations successful!

My mom needed a PhD Robe to attend a few graduation ceremonies at the college where she was a professor, they were super patient with all her questions and walked her through every step to get the exact gown to match where she went to school. She asked me to leave this review, computers arent her strongest suit (she teaches early childhood education).

I ordered a cap and gown, and paid $40 for it to ship within 2 days. It was supposed to arrive on a Monday, yet it arrived a Thursday. Then when I contacted them, they refused to refund my shipping cost. Horrible company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I just threw my money basically to the trash, especially in this moments that things are so difficult with this Covid19 pandemic.

Once again our shipment came early and was 100% correct!Our graduates looked and felt awesome in their caps and gowns!

I would NEVER buy from them again! I paid $30 for two day air. Two days after the expected arrival date, no cap or gown. I called. Sat on hold 30 minutes, hung up. Called back, sat on hold 25 minutes, got a customer service agent who told me it had been back ordered. I was NEVER notified of a back order and it was now the day of my daughters graduation. I asked for a supervisor, she transferred me to to a full voice mailbox, which then disconnected me. Called back again, sat on hold 40 minutes, no one ever answered.

Will not recommend this site to anyone. I spent over $50 on their site and the cap and gown was the wrong color, after realizing this I filled out the return form and because I had opened the package they will not accept or give me my money back. NEVER AGAIN

Couldnt beat the price or the speed in which the gown got here! No issues with service at all.Id only suggest maybe having a drawing of a child up to show how it fits (if there was one I didnt see it) the gown I ordered for my 13yrd old fits me & then some.
