I told the employee that nobody helped me or spoke to me for the 15 minutes I was in the store. I set up my own fitting room! Employee said I can go ruin someone else’s day. I live and work in Greenwich. This level of unprofessionalism belongs somewhere else.

Horrific customer service, the old lady should better understand her clientele - especially when selling cheap clothing. Spend your money elsewhere.

I called asking a question and then they started sarcastically laughing at me😀😐. the person answering the phone was terribly rude to me and even had their fellow coworkers laugh at me. terrible customer service would not recommend.

Customer service was terrible. I was trying to ask the sales associate a question about an item, and she responded coldly and was absolutely no help at all.

Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful product line.
