Love this store and always find amazing pieces at great prices. I have found the staff very helpful and always willing to help you search for the right thing. Designer brands for great prices...and a lot of the merchandise is brand new!!! Amazing selection of coats and shoes too!!

I loved my shopping experience at Roundabout Greenwich! Alexandra was so knowledgeable about the designer collections and I appreciated her savvy feedback regarding styles that suited me. I don’t live in CT but I look forward to being able to return to this beautifully appointed store with contemporary fashion finds.I highly recommend this store and look forward to shopping online with them for the holidays.

I can’t say enough about the staff and merchandise!!! I prefer a “low key “ approach that allows me to browse but appreciate the knowledge staff has of their merchandise as well as learning my personal style!! If I am on the lookout for a particular item I have showed the staff the item I am looking for and I know they will alert me if it comes into the shop, not that I mind going in just to check for myself 😊

I have had great success finding wonderful and very stylish fashion items. From clothing to handbags. Always anxious to return to see what else has come in.

Dont expect much when you receive your birthday $50 jewelry credit from the store. Its a ploy to get you into the store because the discount can only be applied to a limited selection of costume jewelry found on a side rack.Seriously, thats how they want to surprise and delight their customers on their birthday? I left the store with a bad taste in my mouth due to my surprise and utter disappointment.In addition, staff is disinterested in customers. Dont expect to be acknowledged by anyone when you are in the store or expect much when you ask for help.

Excellent experience in selling designer shoes that were barely used and sitting in my closet. I think their system is efficient. For the most part, the staff is welcoming, but it could be a reflection of we get what we give.

2020 Update:The store has changed quite a lot in one year. The inventory feels overpriced and markdowns are fewer and farther between. Some new staff members are off putting as well. This is a consignment store, and instead it feels like they are selling the clothing at higher prices for used items. There are a lot of other consignment stores in Fairfield County to compete with, and I am having more fun and more luck shopping at others.I lived in the City for 18 years and I am from Greenwich. I always shop consignment and am seasoned! I feel this store is bright, beautifully curated and the clothing and shoes are in new or terrific condition. Randy is terrific and helpful. There are several price points which is helpful.

Horrible customer service experience. When I entered the store there were only 2 salespeople in the store-no customers. No hello, can I help you? I was not greeted at all. In fact I dont even believe they looked up from the cash wrap. They did have some beautiful items, many of which I would have liked to try on, but I was made to feel so uncomfortable with the deafening silence I chose not to. I strolled around the store for a bit and decided to leave. NO--thanks for coming, goodbye, have a nice day-NOT a word. I didnt expect anyone to roll out the red carpet, but a hello & goodbye-dont let the door hit you in the ass on the way out...would have been nice! Just the basic retail banter would have sufficed. I guess the leggings and t-shirt I wore in wasnt up to the standards they have in their RESALE shop in order to feel welcomed. RETAIL 101: Never judge a book by its cover. Your Welcome.

Went into the store to buy a winter coat. Headed to the open and marked bathroom in the back and the staff SCREAMED at me - so loud that people in the front of the store turned around - saying that I’m not allowed in there. Embarrassed and upset, I left the store. SHOCKED at how unprofessional the staff here is. Enter at your own risk.

Not even worthy of one star - I feel terribly cheated. I would suggest leaving items with the Real Real or another consignment shop. Never again. Should have listened to my friends.

This store put a very bad taste in my mouth. I wasn’t happy with my service here. It took a long time to receive my check for a sold item, and then they charged me to get another one sent! Do not sell items through here.
