Lisa is a rare talent! Her work is impeccable and so detailed! She is able to give you something that no one else can, a live memory of the best day of your life! She is a joy and pleasure to work with. She offers great advice and suggestions on the frame and background to choose that best matches your arrangement as well as style of your wedding. Thank you Lisa for preserving a very special part of our Best Day Ever!
Lisa preserved my bouquet back in 1993 and she did a fabulous job capturing its true beauty. In 2013 when my parents renewed their wedding vows, we hired her again. She preserved my mothers bouquet and we absolutely love the way it came out! She gave us advice on the right frame to choose to complement the style of the bouquet. The flowers are beautiful! We both cherish the work she did in creating keepsakes from our wedding bouquets. We highly recommend any bride getting married to contact her.
Lisa is AMAZING! She has such a wonderful eye for artistic beauty and preserved the flowers from my wedding day with such class, I could not have asked for more! She placed them in a stunning simple shadow box and every day I look at them, I have such fantastic memories from the best day of my life. I receive compliments on it every time someone see them! I love it so much, I have given friends the gift of preservation for their weddings too! Thank you Lisa for being a true artist!
My wedding was in April 2007 and Lisa preserved and framed my flowers for me. She worked with me to pick out the perfect background to accent the flowers I had chosen. Along with a beautiful frame to match. Lisa has tons of samples on display that are absolutely stunning so you can get an idea of what you would like to see. I was extremely happy with the outcome, my flowers looked amazing. She has a fantastic artistic eye for recreating the bouquet after it is preserved. To spend a few hundred on flowers just to toss them at the end of the day seemed wasteful. And more importantly I didnt want to throw out such an important piece to my day. I now forever have this treasured piece of my wedding on display and incorporated in to my decor in my home. I absolutely love it and it brings me great joy to see it everyday. Its a nice reminder of our beautiful wedding day.
I loved my wedding bouquet! After my wedding the thought of just letting the flowers just die was very upsetting. I found Lisa and was very excited at the process of preserving my bouquet. She was very thorough and explained the whole process. She gave me great advice when it came time to picking out a frame and background. In addition she was very patient and allowed me additional time to include a copy of my invitation which had been hand made by my sister. I could not be happier with the outcome! I would recommend this highly for any bride or special occasion. It is well worth it! Everytime I look at my bouquet now I remember my special day. You will not be disappointed with the results!
Since first meeting Lisa Bologna at a bridal show in Stamford in 1994, I have been an enthusiastic client and fan. The first piece was my daughters bridal bouquet pressed into an oval gilt-edged frame. Based on our experience with Lisa and the beauty and endurance of that piece, in the last 21 years, I have gifted at least 30 brides with preservations done by Lisa. In each case, Lisa offered pre-wedding personal consultation to the bride to select frame, style, backing, etc. Completion of the piece was always timely and ALWAYS a work of art!! Over the years, I have watched Lisa’s toolbox expand – adding more varied frames and moving beyond flat pressed arrangements, to freeze-drying (where she recreates the original bouquet for display behind a bubble-glass frame). And her service is unsurpassed. Recently my daughter’s home was being rebuilt after a total fire loss and I wanted to replace her original 21 year old floral piece as a house warming gift. Working from photographs and archival files – Lisa made this dream come true. Quite selfishly, I hope to go to many more weddings in the future – as my joy when seeing the exuberant reaction of a bride upon seeing her finished piece, is immeasurable.
