I purchased a $4,000+ Bodycraft U1000 Upright Bike from Gym Source, located on Railroad Avenue in Greenwich, CT. The purchase experience was wonderful, and then the bike was delivered. Within hours of delivery, I noticed the base of the bike was terribly scratched. I immediately contacted the sales representative, who then contacted his logistics team and then supervisor. His reply was, Are the base scratches on the metal or top plastic portion? If on the plastic, I see my floor model has similar swirl-like scratches on it too. This might be from putting your sneaker on it while getting off / on. Instead of shiny plastic they should have a matte finish or metal steel. Really?! Accusing me of causing the damage? Who does that?! Net, net, they did absolutely nothing to repair the bike! Pass the word, I know I will.Hence, I am a VERY unhappy customer!!!

We have been loyal clients for 15 years. We replace our Home Gym Equipment every 5 years. This will be the last time I ever deal with this horrible company. Customer service is horrendous. We wrote a letter to Richard Miller the CEO. He never responded.We are having an issue with an Octane Seated Elliptical that was purchase at full price less than a year ago. They are doing nothing. I have completely lost faith in Gym Source. Buy your Gym Equipment elsewhere.

Never buy anything from them especially bill hintzen.Incompetent is an understatement.Never has anything been on time ever. I stopped using then bc bill is so full of it. i got desperate and gave him one last shot. He lied and said my piece would be in by feb. it is may and no piece just excuses. No apology its as if he did me a favor allowing me to buy from gym source. Every gum owner i know has said bill is the worst salesperson and a liar

Terrible experience. Was told my order would arrive at the store in one day from their warehouse. Order does not come for three weeks. When the order does come it turns out they just happened to deliver the more expensive versions of what I order. Skip this place and order from another retailer who will not try to scam you.

I purchased a +$3,000 machine from GymSource - Greenwich location. I wasnt able to complete the purchase online, I had to call 3 numbers to learn who to call to make a purchase, nobody answers their main customer service phone number, the chat gives you automated responses. When I finally made a purchase, I had to insist on getting ETA - they initially told me it wasnt available as the machine was coming from China. I had to repeatedly insist on having a date, they told me 4-6 weeks. Ive been waiting a month. I receive no regular updates from the customer service department. A $3,000 machine is obviously a small purchase for Lisa Ripley the GymSource agent given the poor customer service I am receiving. I am very disappointed as it was recommended to me. Very dissatisfied.

Got an email letting me know when to expect my shipment. One item was missing. Contacted Carlos and he quickly tracked the shipment and let me know an ETA. Nice to have customer service this efficient in this day and age!!

Carlos was very helpful and informative. We came in looking for a spin bike and rower and he showed us the different models and worked through the pricing and options. A very positive experience with a good selection of very high quality equipment.

Wow! I would give them zero stars if I could. What a disappointment. After years of working with this location (and spending thousands of dollars) we received a piece of equipment that was dangerously rickety. We have used this equipment numerous times in gyms and this particular piece was either defective or incorrectly installed.You would think Gym Source would try to find a solution, but instead Carlos told us that the installers said it was fine (until I informed Carlos I speak Spanish and heard what they had actually said — that the equipment was rocking all around — at which point he backtracked) and now his “hands are tied”. Well done Gym Source. My husband’s big Christmas present is ruined. Everyone beware!

Carlos was informative, helpful and comprehensive as this review is a result of the follow-up to the install completed just yesterday. As far as the arc trainer, time will tell. However and again I am confident Carlos steered us in the right direction with desires of obtaining no-impact workout equipment.

Carlos Lopez was very helpful in explaining the merits of the various treadmills I looked at. I also appreciated the free parking in the lot next to the building. The delivery went smoothly, too. It was on time and the guys did a nice job.

Carlos was a big help before and after we bought a treadmill. I will go back next time. You need someone you can trust in this industry with so many different prices and models. We paid a lower price than Amazon.
